I have used the Anderson store twice for repairs on my MAC laptop and their communication sucks. It always takes longer than they say it will, they never call you back when they say they will, they dont keep notes about the conversations you have when you call them or the services youve authorized, then they go ahead and do major work (because they dont keep any notes and dont bother to call you back when they say they will). So you try to call and get hung up on, try to call back several times and its busy. Wait a few more days and finally get thru and say the tech told me he was going to call me 2 days ago after he checked the cable and the receptionist tells you he replaced the hard drive (which you had told him you werent sure you wanted to do) and its been sitting there ready for pick up but nobody called you about that either and oh by the way you owe us more money... Sooo I was of course really irritated and I told her I had not authorized the replacement of the hard drive and the tech had said he would call me etc and I wanted to make sure that I got my original hard drive back because I was going to research if there was a way to recover any of the data. She said shed have to talk to the tech and would call me back on Monday (3 days later). So I get a call and she says we put your old hard drive back in and we are keeping your deposit! So they basically held my laptop hostage and screwed me out of my money because they dont know how to keep notes or communicate with people. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE

Pretty impressed. We came into originally to get a price on a shattered screen repair, when we were told it would be a reasonable price the guy told us it would only be about a 20 minute repair... Even with three other people in the lobby. We were more than ready to leave the phone over night if we had to. I am also extremely glad that I asked if they also could fix my iPhone 6 that the LCD had gone out because I literally had an appointment at 7:40 today with the Apple Store off keystone and it would have been a $299 expense versus $140. We had two phones fixed in less than an hour, and for less than the cost of one from Apple. Hopefully, we wont have to use their services for our cell phones anymore (fingers crossed), but we will definitely recommend!

Although quality of service was great as far as the staff being friendly and helpful. However, they were supposed to download everything from my hard drive to a zip drive. I paid an extra $40 for this service. When I attempted to retrieve the information on the zip drive, IT WAS EMPTY!!! I lost 10+ years of picture memories including people I will never be able to capture a picture of again as they are no longer living! I also lost 10+ years of information that is related to my business. Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied and will never allow them to touch another computer of mine!

MDTekk is comprised of fast and friendly staff. I brought my PS4 in to be fixed, and they offered a pay half up front, half if we fix it fee. It was definitely reasonably priced compared to what Sony offers. Sadly, my PS4 was not fixable. They could have done a better job on keeping me updated on the status of my order and letting me know that it would be delayed. MDTekk agreed and decided to return my initial investment! I would definitely return in the future.

I love this store! They saved my life I thought I had lost everything on my computer a friend suggested I take it to them and let them check it out. They are awesome their computer tech Matt was able to save everything and I mean everything I was so upset I thought I had lost all my family pictures and he was able to bring everything back. He even made a back up for me. Thank you so much you guys are great. I will be telling all my friends about this place.

I finally got my Samsung paid off from Att. I am having issues with the phone mic and the headphone jack. Att offered me another phone for 600.00 bucks. Chelsea at mdtekk listened to my concerned and went to work. In three minutes both the mic and headphones were fixed. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I asked how much do I owe you and she said no charge. Needless to say I left a big tip in the tip jar.

Everyone at MD Tekk was extremely friendly and very helpful. I took my granddaughters phone in for repair. I was given an estimate and then they held up the repair until I was able to confirm the repair cost with my daughter. After I called MD Tekk back to give the OK for the repair, the phone was repaired and ready for pick up very quickly. I would give MD Tekk seven stars if I could. Very impressive!

I traded a 3yr old Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet that was in terrific condition. All it basically needed was a charging port and a battery. I was able to buy a new refurbished one for $130.00. The sweet spot is that they gave me cool $75 on my old and applied toward the purchase of my new one. The crew is not only knowlegeable, but extremely professional and helpful on all levels of technology.

Immediately greeted by a friendly young women who I thinks name was Taylor. Within minutes a tech named Matt was able to find exactly what was wrong with my Samsung. Affordable prices for repairs and anything electronic. While waiting for the quick repair on my phone I was able to find a tablet perfect for my son and a case and tempered glass to go with. 5 stars across the board easily

I broke my screen on my phone stopped by to see if they could fix it. They had it replaced within about 20 minutes and while I was waiting I was able to find two tablets for my grandsons for Christmas! Phone fixed and 2 presents down on my Christmas list and I saved some money! Good prices! Thank you Jeremy and Taylor for all your help.

Screen out in first week . Paid twice for same service . Refused third transaction for my daughters phone . Bad attitude guest service . Paid cash from my Bank and put you on a Blacklist and dont tell you at the time of service . Batteries and Bulbs down the road Excellant service , back up against anything if screen went black .

took a tablet there for one issue..picked up and it had another..took back and cane back with yet another problem. also happened to my nieces boyfriend. seems like they fix the initial problem but create another so you have to bring it back..so be careful taking anything there

This place is very friendly. They worked with me so that I could get my computer fixed. The guys working there really listened to my concern, and were able to take care of my problem quickly. I will definitely be going back if I ever have other problems.
