Ive paid for Geek Squad service for 3 years and every time I take laptops in they dont fix what I need.6 months ago I spilled some water on it and took it in and that older white haired man, that always talks down to you, told me they wouldnt even look at it. They wanted to send it off somewhere with a $280 fee to have it checked out. No way. It came back but was running slow so I took it in for yearly maintenance. They called 2 days later and said it was fine. Bull. Now when I open something 2 other things open and its going haywire. Im pissed. No more renewals for me. Its Vipre for security and anywhere else for repairs.

Great customer service. When I dropped my very new tablet that I had received for my b-day, I was able to replace it with the protection plan that my Wife put on it and I had told her not to get. Thats great stuff. I love me some geeks.
