I took my iPhone in because I broke my screen and needed it fixed before I went out of town. I had no time to get to Louisville to the Apple Store. I picked up my phone after it was serviced at trobitech and everything looked like they did a good job, but when I was driving the next day I was hardly able to use my maps or make a call because certain places on my screen wouldnt work. Once I got back into town I took it in for them to fix again, still, after I left I had the same issues. My phone screen was installed so poorly you can stick your finger nail under it. They said its because the metal piece is bent. I decided to take it to an Apple Store to see what they could do. There price to fix phone screens is $109 -- at trobitech its like $130!!! They told me that whoever put my "new" screen on did an awful job (they even forgot to put a mesh piece over the speaker my the camera). They said the metal piece was not the issue with the screen, it was clearly just a poor job. I went BACK to trobitech to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund. I dont want to leave my phone with them again because you have to also leave your password and theres no telling what information they look through on your phone. Now Im going to have to pay for a new phone if apple cant fix mine. Ridiculous. Save yourself yourself the time & money and just go to an Apple Store. In response to the exteremly rude reply by Trobitech: Attempted theft is probably the most hilarious accusation I think you could of conjured up to make your company look good. First, I was out of the state for 4 months. Second, when I came in the first time you told me my phone was bent and that you were going to try to fix it (which clearly didnt happen since you stated that it was still messed up when I brought it in the last time). Thank you for reiterating what I said in my first review, I will MOST DEFINITELY be "seeking electronic services elsewhere in the future" and I, again, recommend everyone else do the same. I have enjoyed reading your other responses to former customers. Maybe changing your slogan to, "Were not geeks, were bullies", would be more fitting.

WAS SOLD A NON WORKING PART (has picture no sound) Old board has sound no 1080p now board dont have sound but has 1080p Ok after checking everything It does not work for my tv It has no volume or mute control When I try it says feature not available It will not indicate display to change the input channel or source for Tv Video 1 Video 2 Hdmi 4 Pc The board is not for this television On my other board we were still using this tv with low def cables with sound now there nothing at all and when you try the remote to change volume it displays feature not available My other board displayed component 2 ,hdmi 1 ,hdmi 2 or hdmi 3 as component 2 hdmi 1 hdmi 2 hdmi 3 The new board displays component 2 as xbox360 -hdmi 1 as satellite-hdmi 2 ps3blray -hdmi 3 as DVD So asking whats there to test old board has sound no problems and new one dont so clearly somethings wrong with the new board And also the old board didnt indicate as something being hooked up unless it was hooked up this new one lights up component 2or Xbox360 -hdmi1 or satellite -hdmi 2 or PS3 blray -hdmi 3 or DVD like there hooked up Picture does displayed but no sound Pictures above illiterate whats working and not working I hooked up pc cable hdmi 4 video 2 video 1 none is working when changing input none of them lit up I even swapped the new back to the old board and there was sound only threw video 1 I believe it was what ever low dipped is displayed as So clearly something is wrong if your unable to get sound from the bm3 main board it is useless to me it is a paper weight and Im still left with a broke tv and having to deal with your company

Left a phone with a broken screen. They said 2-5 days repair because they had to wait for the part. About a week later I called and they informed me that the screen was defective and they had to send out for another one, but they didnt call me because they have a lot of invoices and didnt have time. After about a week I went in again and they told me it was another defective screen or that there was a very slight possibility my phone was just damaged ("but he doubted it"). Another employee told me at a later date that that was probably why it was not functioning. So instead of waiting for another screen, I decided to just buy a new phone since it costed nearly the same amount. However, they then charged me a diagnostic fee of 50 dollars, which though I understand, is unfortunate considering I had already wasted about 2 weeks trying to get it fixed. Though it isnt the employees fault that my experience wasnt good, I wouldve liked more communication.

Terrible! Terrible service. Took my phone to get the screen changed on a Monday. I paid for the part in full. The new screen didnt even arrive to the store until five days later. Because my sister was hospitalized I wasnt able to make it to the store until Tuesday. I left my phone to be fixed and 4 hours later they called and said the part they ordered was defective. Fast forward to the following day, i was given 3 options: to get a refund minus $25 restocking fee for a defective part; pay extra $25 for a compatible part, or just ship the new part to atlanta where I live and still have a broke phone. Really Trobitech??? I lose all the way around because of thier slow and subpar business operations. I decided to just pay the restocking fee to escape their SHADY business practices. I had a gut feeling when I went in; I shouldve listened to it. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR CELL PHONE REPAIRS!

The business owner is rude and unprofessional. He, or his employee, broke the ear piece on my sons phone and when it was brought to their attention they were very defensive and accused us of wanting free service. This company is very unprofessional. As a small business, they should be well aware that the success of their business is very dependent upon word of mouth recommendations. Also, I viewed their Facebook page and when someone posted a negative review on their Facebook page they literally acted like a child by posting pictures of Spiderman and told her she was immature. This business is apparently run by either a child or a very immature male.

I just picked up my laptop here and after being hesitant about some reviews from fake accounts I gave these guys a try. They were not rude, they were professionals, and completely my order in a sufficient amount of time. They replaced my hard drive and cleaned up my software issues on an Apple MacBook Pro. They charge outrageous prices and are very rude. I instead went somewhere else in e town to get my iPhone 6 repaired for $20 cheaper! And i get a warranty with the repair. Also, I heard this place will delete bad comments on their google reviews. so as i post this, i will take a picture of it there. That way if its gone. you will know what happened. ;)
