I felt like I should come on here and make this post as Ive seen several individuals remark on poor customer service, so I can share my experience. I recently took my computer in to have an aftermarket CPU fan that was an absolute terror to put on. After finishing up that, they noticed the top fan was out. However, I was upset when they didnt call me to make sure its okay with the repair. With most people that come in, Im sure they would do this as it was something needed to be done and not many have that expertise. I however do have that ability and had already ordered a fan and planned on installing it over the weekend. When I went to pick the computer, I expressed my displeasure that they had installed the fan on there without telling me. Almost immediately, one of the guys remarked just to comp the price of the fan. This wasnt something they had to do mind you, I fully expected them to take out the fan and would of been fine. But they cared enough for me, as a customer, to go home happy that they were willing to forgo the price of the fan. Thats why when I hear stories on here of poor customer service I dont really get it because thats never been my experience. Id recommend Apollo PC to anyone whom I cant help to go to these guys because I have confidence that not only will they get the job done, but also treat them fairly.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They preyed on the less computer knowledgeable people and over charge them for services not done. I had a HP G7 laptop they service come to me here in Louisville and I was shocked at what I saw. The owner was charged $136 for a keyboard replacement. They was charged $49.99 for a notebook data backup yet was not provided the backup at all. Apollo also left pry marks on the from top left side where the first keyboard tab is. You can clearly tell they used a metal tool to do this as a plastic pry tool will not. But why pry it out when all you have to do is push with a small screwdriver though the keyboard hole to disengage the keyboard? This is in the HP laptop manual. The owner of the laptop said they also paid to have the inside cleaned of dust. If they did clean it out, why was there a 1/4 thick pad of dust inside fan housing blocking vents when I got it to fix? Hey Apollo, read the email I sent you with pictures attached.

Knowledgeable technicians, just all around good guys, too! My computer is fixed and they did what needed to be done! They also have refurbished used computers at excellent prices, we got one for my hubby for around 350 and he wanted a new Dell for around 1,000....the used one works perfectly and we could not be happier! Great prices on repair, too!

Mr Davis is a dumb ass who does not need a computer. You cant make everyone happy - when they pay you and the check bounces
