Les (the owner) is very knowledgeable and is always there to help with issues that I have. I normally do not write reviews but I went in last night and though they didnt have what I needed in stock which is very rare he told me they could order it or instead he could find one close by... and that he did! You can only truly judge a business based on what they do if you arent putting money in their pocket that day and based on that I WILL ALWAYS return to computer renaissance first for any computer related purchase or repair. Thank you guys for being so great I will be back in the store soon for another awesome experience!

They are awesome! Ive used them many times for various issues/recommendation. They are super knowledgeable and can anticipate what I need. Each experience is wonder from start to finish. They explain things very well and always set a realistic expectation. Use to live down the street but moved....... I now wish they had a location out west. No worries though...Ill simply drive out east for my service as they are well worth it.

I killed my laptop computer by coffee. They gave it thier best effort to fix it but could not (my fault). Pam was great and helped me move all the data onto a contained hard drive box. It works great and is a big help for what was a potentially big problem. Thanks very much!

Very helpful and fair staff. Worked diligently on an issue for over 4 weeks. Even called Lenovo in Japan to resolve a parts issue. Will definitely patron again.
