I had no idea how easy getting my computer fixed could be. My dad referred me to Netpointe, and I love them!! They have kept my computer going, and never take advantage of the fact that I am a computer "dummy". Very professional, very knowledgable, and best of all, they are very reasonable with their fees!! I have told everyone I know. They are definitely to go-to folks for your computer needs!!!

The service at the shop is amazing. Was able to get my computer back the next day and its running faster than it was. They were able to get all the viruses off of my computer. Awesome prices as well. I had the option to remove viruses or reinstall Windows for the same price. Would recommend for anybody with computer issues.

I was initially interested in Netpointe because of the cost-savings, but once I had then on the phone I was just stunned. I didnt think customer service like that existed in the U.S. anymore. Every person Ive dealt with has been absolutely stellar. They really do everything they can to make a situation 100% perfect.

We bought our server through Netpointe 3 years ago. When I had to replace our internet router this week, something prevented our computers from accessing our server. I called Netpointe for help. Brad was extremely helpful and patient, and fixed the issue remotely. What a godsend!!
