Took my laptop in and Rich dropped what he was doing to look at it. It was a simple repair and he fixed it on the spot and showed me how to do it if it happened again. AND THEN he did not charge me and refused when I offered payment because it was SO worth it to me. BTW: I know who the guy is who gave the one star rating. He has done the same for every computer repair place in town except for the one he "Happens to own" so I am really sure he does not take things to Best Buy and probably has not set foot most of the many businesses he has negatively evaluated.

I couldnt have asked for better help when I was in a computer jam, and myself lacking any computer knowledge I had no where to turn until a friend suggested I visit them, and BOY I AM GLAD I DID!! not only did they save me $$$ from having to buy a new one, they are so CHEAP! compared to ANY other place in town! so saved me double $, got it done the NEXT DAY!! I know BB doesnt do that! I seriously couldnt have picked a better place to go.

Richard has always been wonderful when we have had any computer related issues. As some of the other reviews have said, sometimes he doesnt even charge for some small repairs...who does that anymore? He is always fast, fair, and offers phone support if needed. I wont even consider taking our computers anywhere else. He is a keeper for computer services!!

Rude! I realize that my calling in with questions does not result in me giving you money, but if you were the slightest bit helpful I may have brought it in. Even Best Buy was better on the phone than you, so they will get my business.

We have been going to Mill Creek for many years. I took a computer that I was donating to a needy college student to have it wiped clean of my info and they wouldnt let me pay. They are always so helpful!
