Absolutely wonderful service. Every employee was a pleasure to communicate with. Very professional and very polite. I went to another body shop just to estimate prices, and the other shop was about $20 cheaper for the problem I had but their consumer service was TERRIBLE. Petersens shop WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If I have another car body mishaps, this will be the only place I go to. Not to mention they finished the job in a day when it was supposed to take 2-3. They drove my car to drop me off at school and they picked me back up AND cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. 5 star experience.

On a 5 star rating system these guys are a 6! I took a badly damaged Toyota truck in and got a brand new one back (at least it looks like a new one). They did a great job. Could not be happier!
