I dropped my car off and was given an estimated completion date. My car had minor damage <$1000 worth of work and therefore a few days was reasonable. My car was completed two days after the date I was given. I understand there can be complications or hold ups but when they said they were slow and looking for work, the delay was unacceptable. Luckily, I had other means of transportation to get to work, my motorcycle, but that was weather permitting. An offer of a complimentary vehicle for a few days would have been nice. My dad picked up the car and they failed to describe what exactly they did besides hand him a detailed receipt and send him off. Apparently they painted something? That was the reason for the delay they claimed. Was I allowed to wash and wax my car the same day or not for a few weeks? Who knows. The quality of the work seemed superb, which should be expected with a few extra days. However, after taking it on the highway, I noticed a whispering sound that I havent heard before. Either the door or window doesnt seal correctly (just a guess). Ill be taking it back to see what they can do. I hope they are able to make things right. My family and friends have always taken their cars and have received quality work and excellent customer service. Im not sure if theyre under new management with their new name "Gerber" but I will no longer be taking an of my vehicles there again.

I took my wifes car there. The problem was multiple issues. They missed an obvious repair issue the first time I picked it up and I caught it on the paperwork! Good thing I know Hunter alignment racks! The second issue was the use of an outsource to Belle Tire for alignment. Over the next eight months it was in and out of Belle Tire for alignment and tire balance issues. Every time they would tell me nothing was wrong, it would get a little worse. I finally had to pay to get new tires put on and an alignment done by kzoo tire, with which I am happy now. Wear issues gone and no balance problems. We filed at the BBB against them. They seem to be pretty good at parking lot received dent repair; my friends Honda was done by them and it turned out pretty good. Just my experience wasnt the one I would have wished for.

A corner of my rear bumper was detaching whenever I went on the interstate, so I took my car to Gerber for a quote. I waited less than 5 minutes before someone came to look at my car.The mechanic, Scott, helped screw my bumper back into its place and cheerfully answered all of my questions. Even better, he didnt charge a penny for the excellent service he provided, saying that it was a simple fix. To be able to provide great service and not charge for any thing really speaks to how much Scott and Gerber value customer service. I would highly recommend this place as it is a place where staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

I felt as if I wan inconveniencing the repair shop the entire time I was there. Being welcomed in a place of business should be standard but never once occurred in my time spent with the employees of Hansens. I was left feeling confused and uncomfortable after over $2000 worth of repairs. I would recommend seeking another repair shop.

Best Customer Service! I just had work done by Hansens after hitting a deer. They did a wonderful job and repaired somethings that was not requested inside the vehicle. My repair took longer then expected but they informed me all the way through the repair. I will definitly take my vehicles back to Hansens.
