Hands down the best car purchasing experience weve had! As I am a mom of two little ones, I originally called and inquired about the new Atlas. As I am from Noblesville, I naturally looked at dealerships closer to my home, but none had the knowledge and expertise Kia of Muncie displayed throughout the entire experience. When I called Muncie, I spoke with Jason who through high value questions and customer service found what my true needs were both in size and in value/price and not at any time felt pushy or overbearing. Fearing what car buying would look like toeing two toddlers, I agreed to meet Jason and his associate, Colton, for an appointment today. Upon my arrival, the Atlas I was interested in as well as a Sorento which I had not asked for or inquired about were ready and waiting for me to try. I seamlessly was able to try both cars quickly and found that the Sorento was actually a better fit for our familys needs. If only the Atlas had been there, I more than likely would have just walked away. Colton quickly yet efficiently walked me through every step of the way with high levels of knowledge on both the vehicle itself and car buying purchase. I thought that I would have to return as it was getting late in the day however, to my surprise, their showroom and waiting area had a phenomenal play space, coffee bar, and fresh cookies I could offer my kiddos while we waited. Not only did I receive a phenomenal offer on my previous vehicle, but I was able to save additional time and money on being able to stay and quickly wrap things up rather than having to drive back. From playing with my kiddos, holding an umbrella for me in the rain, and ensuring I was topped off before we left, it was the little things that spoke volumes of Kia of Muncie and led us to purchase on the spot! We will definitely be returning for our future vehicle needs!

It makes me really sad to write this review, as the folks working the floor at Kia have been so nice to me. It only takes a one person behind the scenes to do something unsafe or dishonest though, and thats while Ill never be returning here. I came in for new brake pads and they told me I needed new calipers too, quoting $850 all together. That seemed really steep to me, so I asked them to just do the pads so I could shop around for other estimates elsewhere. When I picked up the car, it was barely even drivable. The brakes stayed partially engaged and sounded terrible… neither of which was happening when I dropped it off. I immediately called a manager who had no interest in helping me. I took the car to a different mechanic the next morning, who informed me that my calipers were fine but that Kia had mounted them incorrectly... and that whoever did it had damaged the rotors in the process. He replaced my pads and rotors for $200, remounted the calipers, and I was rolling two hours later. I was told I needed to replace things that were fine, they did damage to my car, and they left me to drive it away in an unsafe condition. I don’t know if it was negligence or pure dishonesty, but Kia’s actions were entirely unsafe and reckless. I had also asked Kia to look at my door and window switches. They told me it’d be $550 for parts/labor to fix. I later looked up the same parts online, ordered them for $35, and installed with no tools in 30 minutes (it was a plug-and-play part). Even though they did damage to my car that I had to pay for, I still saved over $1,000 combined for taking my business elsewhere ($650 for unneeded calipers, $515 for unnecessary window parts). Never again returning here.

Well, Kia of Muncie is successful again. After saving me from living in a van down by the river a few years back, theyve outdone themselves, and have kept me with the Kia family for a few more years, contractually, at least. Initially, my old car died and put me into a bit of a bind. After shopping around for what seemed like weeks, without a vehicle, I stopped in at Kia of Muncie and they took great care of me. They made me feel at home and a part of the family. I initially leased a 2014 Kia Optima, great low payment, but still came with all the perks, made me feel like a big dog. Well, sadly last week that lease was up. I wasnt sure if I wanted to buy, as I was hoping to get into something a bit bigger. Stopped in at Kia of Muncie and the guys all remembered my name, shoot they even asked how my old dog was doing, and how my grandma did through the winter. They are the greatest guys, they either truly care about you, or they are great actors, either way they make me feel great when I leave. Anyways, enough ranting, they hooked me up with a 2016 Kia Sorento, the big boy! I am so excited to be driving this thing. The gas mileage is great and the customer service is better! If youre looking for a deal, head on down to Kia of Muncie and they will take great care of you! Kia 4 Life!

Cody Nelson was such an awesome sales men to have. I called one day on my lunch hour and was telling him about how I wanted a blue car that didnt have many miles on it but couldnt afford a brand new one. I told him I would keep looking but would look at their lot. He would text me and let me know when they got a blue car in and would give me information on it. He told me the tent sale was coming up and so I decided well Ill go see what I can find. I was on my lunch hour and went and looked. I had three cars picked out that I liked so I decided to think on it and come back. I called my grandma to have her come see which one she liked and we both decided on the blue Cheverlot Cruz LT. We test drove it and knew we loved it. Cody was so nice and showed me everything about my car and is just a text away if I have any questions to this day. If you go see Cody, tell him I referred you to him because he is such a nice guy and will do everything possible to get you a car that you like..

Youve all heard by now of those rumours about used car salesman right? Well you can forget every negative thing youve heard, the people here are Great mate! Found a just traded used vehicle online, went to see it and experienced the most friendly, professional staff in every way, and as for honesty? Ive never known anything like it. I was buying something just traded so it had a few minor issues, the staff gave me a printout and explanation for the items that needed attention. They didnt try to hide anything from me. Special thank you to Teresa, Alex and Eric, you really went out of your way to make me comfortable, Ill never forget the experience and If ever I need another car, your listings will be the first I look at. if your looking for a new or used vehicle go to Kia of Muncie and ask for Linda McGee, she will go above and beyond to find the best deal for your household budget and make it work. i went in today at 3:00 and told her i wanted to buy a vehicle and trade mine in and at 5:30 i was ready to drive home my 2016 Kia Sportage thanks to Linda and a very supportive and efficient staff. Not only did i get a new vehicle today but i also got the gift of a new friend, she was easy to talk to and i felt like i had known her for a while. Thank you Linda for being the sales person who greeted me when i came in today, i look forward to seeing you again even if it is just to say Hi and have an Awesome Day!
