I went to get an estimate because my insurance company will not cover my damages to my car so I have to pay out of pocket. The office staff was very nice and offered me a drink while I wait for the guy that would perform the estimate, Once the guy came out to view my damages his main concern was "Why didnt your insurance cover it". He was very sarcastic about my damages and continued to state it would be really expensive. It seemed as if he assumed I didnt have the funds to cover it out of pocket. I will not take car to be fixed by this business because of the my experience with the guy that performed the estimate.

Words cant express how grateful I am for the service this company provided. I dropped off my Tahoe at 1pm while everyone was at lunch. By 2:30 my vehicle was not only diagnosed, but repaired. Every point of contact from the friendly voice that answered the phone to John Lockhart walking out to bring my truck to the front of the building. Had a car that the window fell down in the door. I took them the car Wednesday so they could diagnose it. They had it fixed before the end of the day on Thursday. There is a man there named Joey that was nothing but kind to us. I feel like I just found a new shop to be loyal to.
