Searched CarGurus last Monday anad found a Charger SXT AWD that had what I was looking for at Goodwin Bros. Called and spoke to Roger. I said that I wanted to make a deal on this Charger and if we could make a deal, I would come down from my home in Minnesota to pick it up. I was given a good price on my trade in, 2012 Fusion SEL AWD, and the financing was good too. We had a deal! I still had a bad taste in my mouth from a bad experience at Jack Sweeney Dodge in Cincinnati where they sold the Charger we made a deal for me to buy last weekend. I kept looking for something that would keep us from making a deal at Goodwin. It never happened! The experience was awesome! Everything was the way Roger said ti would be when I arrived yesterday. The only surprise was that There were absolutely no surprises! I highly recommend going to Goodwin and making a deal with the extremely friendly and professional staff! Thank you again Roger and Donnie!

Wont give you much for a trade in. I have a 2007 Chrysler sebring loaded with 39,000 miles. They offered my $1,100 cash or $1,350 trade in. Other dealers offered $6,000-$7,000 cash or $7,500-$8,500 trade in. Would never work on my car because I did not buy it there I was told that 4 times. The only other reviews the have are from people who work there. Rude employees and over priced used cars. I would have given zero stars but this site makes you give atleast one. You better service go to another lot.

Your Christmas song on the radio is the stupidest, most annoying thing I have ever heard in my life and I will deliberately go OUT OF MY WAY never to purchase anything from you EVER. I just want to put an ice in my ears every time I hear it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were just looking for car/truck we could get and they ended asking every single bank about our credit scores without our permission. Our good credit scores plummeted to bad scores. Were still upset about it. Two thumbs DOWN.

Our car broke down 20miles from here and this was the only place close by that could fix it. Cost us a little bit more but they got us back on the road same day. Nice people.
