BEST SERVICE EVER!! I was involved in a vehicle accident and I wasnt for sure on where to have my car towed. I was referred to Precision through a friend and I will refer others to them from here on out. I received the best customer service there, than any other place! If you want to be treated fairly, contact these guys! Not, only did they fix my car, but they detailed it inside (which, I wasnt expecting at all), they buffed it, they cleaned my other headlight out, and I got a t shirt :). Paul and Lynn are super nice and easy to work with. They took great care of me, they just went above and beyond. Paul stayed in contact with me and the insurance company to keep me update on the my car because I did have a time frame that my car needed to be finished. Paul, also let me keep my rental car there on his lot and he worked something out with enterprise to have them come pick up the car. His staff did great, even though they lost my U of L magnet, lol. I walked out of there confident and happy. I appreciate Paul and his staff! Thank you so much guys!!

A semi hit my jeep taking off the front end of my vehicle along with several dents scratches and obviously paint. Heard about precision auto through a friend and met with Paul and Lynn and they made it stress free! They spoke directly to the insurance company dropped me off to the car rental and got everything replaced painted and seriously looking better than it did before! All Im a timely manner. I live in old Louisville and drove 30minutes because of the professionalism, customer experience, and experienced craftsmanship I highly recommend precision auto to everyone and I promise you will not be disappointed! The job was completed same day and the quality of the application is amazing. The lifetime warranty on their painting was a welcomed surprise. Took my vehicle in for a 2nd opinion after an accident. Paul and Lynn worked with the adjuster to repair the vehicle just as it was before the accident. I was copied on all emails to the insurance company and was provided with pictures of the damages along with updates of expected completion date. Now I cant even tell where the car was hit and the paint blends perfectly. Even if you inspect the vehicle you wont be able to tell where it was damaged. I highly recommend Precision to everyone!

However, Precision Auto Body was so helpful and they followed through and got me back into my car which looks as good as the day I bought it. :) I will be coming back if I need work done again! Paul and Lynn are terrific to work with and make getting your vehicle fixed a breeze. I have taken multiple cars there including my wifes Audi and then her Lexus, and my Cadillac Escalade. Both cars look good as new and even freshly washed and vacuumed. The wife really appreciated that! Definitely recommend as they strive to put the customer first!
