Let me start out by saying I wanted to keep my business local and had several shops to choose from. After meeting with 3 different ones I decided to have Pete Coons do the body repair on my vehicle. This soon became one of the worst decisions Ive ever made. I will only touch on the "highlights" of my experience. They had my car for almost a month for a job that was quoted at a week time frame and I only got it back because I went there and demanded it. From painting the hood there is over spray on windshield and wipers, engine and everything else under the hood. She admittedly told me they had rigged the grill because she was still waiting on parts. And then after driving it for a couple days my oil light came on, which they supposedly changed, and it was almost empty. On top of that it overheated due to the fact that they didnt plug my fan back after supposedly charging the air conditioner. There were many lies, excuses and the list goes on. I have yet to hear from them about the grill, and I picked my car up on Good Friday. Im sure my insurance has been charged though. With that said theres no way I would feel comfortable leaving my car with them to replace grill. NEVER AGAIN.

I came to this auto shop after my mom told me theyd done such a good job helping her fix the horrible squeaking noise her car made any time she turned the wheel or hit a bump in the road. She told me that this shop had done a very thorough job looking over her car and given her a detailed explanation of what theyd done. It cost her something like 50 dollars to fix the problem, and wed been suffering through the noise for nearly half a year. Wish we would have come to them sooner, would have saved us a lot of trouble! My dealing with this shop has been amazing. I came after my car was hit, needing some pretty extensive repair. The front of my car had been hit, and needed replacements or repairs on the front bumper, the hood, the ac condenser, the radiator, and a few other things not worth mentioning. Other shops Id been to (including the ones my insurance company recommended) quoted me at least twice, if not three times more to fix the car than what Pete Coons was asking for. They serviced me very quickly, and efficiently. I am very impressed with this shop, and definutely recommend them. They did a fantastic job, and my car looks good as new.

Horrible! Do NOT do business with these people! They misdiagnosed our problem charging us hundreds of dollars, when we picked up the vehicle it was in worse condition than when we dropped it off! They touted it needed time to work itself out" after a new repair. They did more damage than good and the additional repairs are costing us an another $1000. We attempted to resolve with them but got back a nonchalant I dont care attitude and refused to take responsibility or refund our money from the original repairs gone bad. Take your vehicle somewhere theyll value your business!

Family business, and met the whole family running the business. They helped us save close to $300. Was ecstatic to pay them their service fee for looking over our vehicle. Another mechanic had told us we needed to replace a part and we were unsure it really needed to be done. Its awesome to know a mechanic you can trust!! Thanks a lot Coons Family!
