I received a Groupon from my loving wife in early April for my birthday. I called to schedule an appointment but they called just days before the appointment to cancel and reschedule because of in shop problems. My new appointment was then set for August 23rd. With over a 4 month hold to get my truck serviced the interior was not cleaned to my wishes as there was still pet hair on the seats from a previous owner of the vehicle. My truck was not trashed but I wanted at least the pet hair removed. I have a CB antenna on the roof if my truck. Instead of pulling off the magnetic mount they slid it back and forth scratching the paint away leaving metal showing. I was not informed of this when I came to pick up my truck and found it myself before before retaking possession. I was told the owner had left for the evening and asked the manager to call me back ASAP on Monday. Waited Monday, waited Tuesday, I ended up calling him Wednesday and asked if he knew about my situation. He said he did and he was just abiut to call me... BS! I asked that the damage be repaired and he said as a curiosity he would buff it out and apply some touch up paint but he refused to fixt it properly. I have photos and even a video from that day of the damage to my roof. I say dont take your vehicle to color solutions and dont biy a Groupon because you are shuffled and treated as a second class customer.

I recently purchased a used Volvo from Atlanta that was in dire need of scratch repair and detailing. I think the previous owner must have had five kids that parked their bikes on the sides of this vehicle, because the paint was scratched on every body panel. I stopped in Color Solutions and had them evaluate the vehicle and set up an appointment. I had to leave my vehicle for two days, but when I picked up my vehicle I was blown away at how good it looked. The guys at Color Solutions had touched up, wet sanded and buffed and waxed the entire vehicle to like new condition. They were very professional and the price was a deal for the service I received. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a Groupon for an interior and exterior auto detail. I know that when I buy Groupons, I might have to wait a little while to get an appointment. They were extremely nice when they scheduled my appointment and when I picked up my car, it looked amazing! I had a lot of pet hair and they worked very hard to get all of the hair out of the car. They did an excellent job! Everybody that I spoke with was extremely nice and I will definitely go back!!

Today (June 21st), I called Color Solutions to get an appointment before July 26th expiration. I offered any day or time. They said even if you called the day of purchase you wouldn’t get an appointment. The next appointment is October 10th. The customer service lady was not nice at all (short and snappy). She told me to call Groupon. So now I am dealing with Groupon.

POOR ADVERTISING from COLOR SOLUTIONS. I went in with a $58 Groupon. The girl basically said "for another $55, we will get it cleaner"! They kept their policy as they did not clay bar as advertised. The back interior was also left dirty, however they did the work when told about it. Why dont they just put out a fixed price as other detail shops do?

Paid $195 for dent removal and scratch repair. It is obviously subjective, but when they quoted me, they said it would look much better than it does. I would NEVER have paid $195 for that kind of repair work. Very disappointed! Total waste of money!
