Maybe 2-4 yrs ago this was a good place to service your vehicle. Called these guys for a simple oil change since i moved to Lake Orion and i asked them if they do a BMW oil change. They said yes (x 2). The car had no oil leaks. Mind you i have owned and maintained this vehicle for 2.25 years. After the oil change these guys tell me the oil pan threads are stripped. I told them thats impossible since Steve European Auto does my oil changes and would have told me if such an issue existed. A couple of days later i notice a puddle of oil on my garage floor then i open the engine compartment oil was also leaking by the oil filter housing/ oil cooler. Sent the car to them they tell me its not their fault because the oil pan threads were already stripped i told them the car had no such issues before. The guy proceeds to tell me in-order to fix stripped threads theyll do it for $400. I asked about the housing were the leak was again basically the same response we will not fix someone else problem for free. I wouldnt recommend this repair facility for any European vehicle service maintenance. Maybe they should just stick to tires

A bought a new truck a few years ago off the lot as is, and after only a year the tires showed signs of rot. The dealership stated they do not warranty tires, so I used them for another 10,000 miles, watching them rapidly deteriorate. I finally decided that although the tires had half their tread, they had to go. I had bought tires at Tire Warehouse in the past, and as usual, went with their recommendations. The new tires are a light year better than the O.E.M. tires in every way, so much so that I wish I had pulled the O.E.M. tires off the day day I bought the truck, sold them on Craiglist for loss, and put these tires on my truck. The tires are that much of an upgrade. Installation, as always, could not have been better.

I have been going to tire warehouse since 1986! I cant tell you how many sets of tires I have purchased from this company in the past 31 years for sure but its a lot. I just bought a new set of tires today for my truck....Ive always been treated like a VIP and the prices are always competitive. Love this place!!! 5 stars!!

Came to get a tube placed in my mower tire. They tried, but turns out my tire was to damaged to hold the tube. I agreed. They happened to have a used tire the same size that they sold to me at a good price. Very kind and professional staff. Will come back.

We bought tires for my wifes Jeep here and everytime she goes to get them rotated it takes over an hour and they try to sell her a bunch of things she doesnt need. They are completely untrustworthy and will not be getting anymore of my business.

Whats with all the people raving about this place? For a place thats called Tire Warehouse, why are they $100 to $200 more expensive (out the door) than Belle Tire, Discount Tire, Pep Boys, and everywhere else? Why would I go here?
