Ive been going here since 2003. The own John is very personable and kind. He is willing to go out of his way to help his customers, if you need a ride home, he will personally provide it or make accommodations for a loaner if needed. The service managers I have gone through 2 and both have provided me excellent service for my car. They are fast and accurate to provide quotes on what you request to have done. I even go here to have custom parts installed. I had a custom exhaust ordered and delivered and they installed it and disposed of my old equipment. The list of services goes on, but this place is outstanding. I had a bracket that held a sensor to turn on my brake lights break. This is a huge safety hazard, the dealership was closed, but yet they made a bracket so I could get back on the road Monday. Simply fantastic. I really wouldnt go to another place other than this. Very trustworthy technicians, some are real car guys too. Thats the kind of person you want working on your car. They will call you if it ever goes above your estimated price of work requiring your approval. If you are really looking for a trustworthy, clean, and friendly shop. Come to Woodward Auto.

RUDE , RACIST, and DISRESPECTFUL !!! I went in yesterday to look at the Audi A7 they have parked in front. We were walking around the car for awhile and no one came out to meet us. So, I finally went in. The guy behind the counter said hi as well as the second man behind the counter. I said that I wanted to hear the A7 run, the next thing to come out of the salesman mouth was ... " Do you know that car costs $29,000?" My answer was , "SO" I could not believe the first thing he did was prejudge me and what I can afford. I know my cars and their costs, I just totaled a Audi A6. I just turned around and left. Dont have a business in a Black neighborhood if you think no one can afford anything and you are going to judge people just based on what they look like. Mind you I was dressed casual, a black shirt and a checkerboard shorts and sandals...casual. I will make sure to tell everyone NOT to shop here.

I had to write to tell you about the great experience I had taking my car to Woodward Auto Sales and Service. I broke a serpentine belt and took my car to another auto service place. The first auto service place I took my car to was nowhere near as efficient and responsive as Woodward Auto. They gave me every excuse for not getting my car fixed. I then called Woodward Auto and Marty answered the phone and said to bring my car right in. They fixed my car right away and Marty was polite and professional. The lobby was clean with coffee and magazines. Best of all they got the job done and the price wasnt bad either. Thank you Marty and Woodward Auto. 5 star auto service.

Bought a used car from them last week, these people are FABULOUS!!!! If you need a car see MIMI, John - the owner, is such a great guy and his employees are important to him. He treats them well, they treat the customers with respect and caring as a result. Its a family atmosphere. Lots of options to choose from for financing and they will help you through even if your credit isnt great!!! Love my Malibu!!! (Their garage is also very helpful - Marty has been a Godsend when it came to repairing my old car and also drove out to help me when I locked my keys in the car. Where else can you get that sort of personalized service!!!!!)

Came for a tire patch-up & windshield replacement and they took me right away. Price was very affordable. Great location right on Woodward and south. Before coming they gave me quotes and ideas over the phone. The shop itself is so decorative and cool! I got a tour while my car was being worked on. This place does car sales, body work, classic car restorations, repairs, pretty much everything. The owner and manager were readily available and made sure to say hello. Russ worked on my car and he was awesome. Customer service is impressive and clearly a priority here. Very family-owned feel. Coffee and popcorn are offered too!

They have taken care of 3 different cars for me over the past 7 or so years. They are honest, and seem to always find the root cause of the problem without replacing unnecessary parts on the car. I had another dealer tell me that tires that had under 10k miles on them were causing the massive vibration in my cars front end. Woodward told me it was definitely the rims. Once those were replaced, the car rides like new. I got both of the rims for little more than the price of replacing 1 tire.

We recently had to have work done on our older VW. We landed at Woodward Auto pretty much by chance. But glad we did. They were priced far below other estimates and took great care to ensure that everything was in working order. Appreciate all their patience and care with the car. After this service, we are now taking our BMWs there. It is hard to find a car place you can trust. This is the place.

I dealt with Melanie as a saleperson and bought a vehicle dispite all her lies and deception. NEVER EVER fall for "you have to buy the warranty or the finance company wont finance you" crap. Then she denied getting any commission on the warranty or financing, and told me they made no money on my vehicle.... I guess they work for free.......

Awesome place! Awesome People! Car work is always prompt and efficient!! Been coming here for 4 yrs and they really take the time to get to know you and your car needs. Very reasonable prices for the quality of work they do! I can always rely on their friendly faces and getting my Jeep in. Totally recommend!!!

Over the span of 10 years I have had a lot work completed (both maintenance and major) on multiple cars as well as purchased one vehicle from them. I have always been happy with the work they do, their price is very reasonable, and the one time things werent quite fixed they worked with me to get it resolved.
