These guys will send you away feeling like you got less than a good deal. They are over pricing items that can be had done someplace else for less. I have stopped in there for pricing on tires a couple of times and they are always quite a bit higher than other options in the area. I try to use local business and support them. Also had a recent visit for an alignment in which they told me I would be charged a fee if they had to "wrench" on my car. I almost had the feeling that no matter what they would find a reason to charge me this fee. I had replaced the struts and checked my other front end parts. They came up with something else wrong. So after quoting me a crazy price to fix(275.00) for 1 ball joint, I told them no and back it out for pick up. I even called a dealer to see how much this job should cost. Dealer quoted me around 200.00. If this is a dealer alternative I will choose the dealer. I had just checked the front ball joints two days before during the strut install. I also checked them again upon returning home that day. OF course they charged me the additional "FEE" even though I had some other work done there as well. I dont feel this is a fair practice NOR do I intend on giving them any more business. I always do my own work so it wasnt like a novice going in here. I had a bad feeling when I dropped it off but do to time constraints I was willing to give them a chance. NEVER again. Quite amazing took my vehicle to Belle Tire for same alignment and they found no problems. Still not sure why they insisted that I spend a bunch of money to fix something that wasnt bad. The Owner did try to contact me, but as having wasted enough time I didnt even bother nor will I . NICE TRY. TAKE HEED AND TAKE YOUR DOLLARS ELSEWHERE.

Called in to get my vehicle alignment done after a tie rod repair. Also needed some other items looked at. My wife was going to be bringing the vehicle to their shop for the work to be done. I talked with Joe before she arrived at the shop and he said he had an opening for the alignment. I also explained to him that their was other items I wanted him to look at while it was there. He told me no problem. When my wife arrived, they wanted to charge her for looking at a squeaking U-Joint. When she questioned the cost, he waived the fee. When the alignment was completed, he told her the technician didnt find any other issues on the test drive. The test drive was the 8 feet he drove to pull it into the shop. This is another prime example of a auto shop taking advantage of women. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been there in years past, It was not a good experience that time either. It is one of the only shops in Oxford that do alignments. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. Ohhhh yeah... the vehicle still pulls to the right!

Would not fix my VW Bug even after I told them what it needed, was told to take it to a VW repair shop. When I showed up to pick up my car no one was working on any car or at the desk. Every stall had a car in it with the hood up including mine ... drove to a GM Dealership, got a free loaner (brand new Terraine with only 400 miles) and had my car back before noon. Called and spoke with the owner, Joe, and he did apologize for my experience, but also said they have two locations & have been in business for 25 years. I find that hard to believe and if I was stranded in the parking lot of this business ... I would call my roadside & have my car towed to Wenzel in Davison who provided me with perfect customer service & fixed my Bug!

Ive been going here for about 12 years. They have worked on a fleet (8-10) of vehicles of various makes and models for me over that time. They have always treated me very well and have done a great job. I highly recommend them. I have a son, 3 daughters and a son-in-law; we have all had our cars worked on here. The staff has always been very helpful to us. I have referred many other people here. Joe and his team have always been more than helpful and accomodating.

Matt especially was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pinch. I will exclusively be taking my car back here for any repairs, oil changes, etc. Great service, and the prices are reasonable.

Fix n go has fast and friendly service. They just informed us that one of our vehicles needed 2 new tires because of dry rot. They just dont do oil changes they inspect your vehicle to make sure it is running properly.
