Rented a truck, was told at "worse case" my charge would be around $90, for an "agreed upon" one day rental. Was told as long as there was no trash inside the truck and the gas was above 1/4 of a tank, there would be no additional charges. When I got into the truck, it was dirty on the inside, but it was a local truck, so it was fine for one day. Returned the truck, no trash inside and gas was above the 1/4 of a tank. My debit card, which I gave them prior to departing, with the understanding that it would have one day rental and insurance only charged to my card. Low and behold, the charges were over $90 and was told it was taxes and because we did not sweep the truck out. IT WAS FILTHY WHEN WE RENTED IT !!! Needless to say, they ripped me off for at least $50. Will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend their services to anyone. Definitely NOT trustworthy !!! I have learned my lesson on this one!!! Ripping off a woman that didnt have that extra $50 you felt a need to take is pathetic. But Im sure you sleep well at night without any guilt or shame.

They seem nice, fair, and honest. Prices are average - not a cheap place for an oil change, but their hourly is closer to 70 or 80 instead of 100 like a dealership. Ive been happy with their willingness to work with me on small cheap stuff (a broken lawnmower tire, balancing a single tire that the weights fell off of). They did a good fine job diagnosing fixing a strange noise our mazda was having that turned out to be some bearings. I did end up wasting a whole morning once because their guy had trouble with the adhesive weights for my after market wheels, and then used too tall of weights that rubbed on the brakes. They did, however, fix it immediately when they realized the mistake, and I was only charged for the basic quoted price to balance despite the fact that it took the guy three hours total. So a little frustrating, but I always felt like they were taking care of me. Havent needed to take anything more complicated to them.

Wow. Really disappointed that they charged my wife $40 for an estimate on a $700+ 2-axle brake pad/rotor job while attempting to upsell her tires by scaring her that she was at risk for a blow-out on the 3 year old Michelins on her car. She said that his last words to her were something about other shops being cheaper, but they do the job "right." Considering the cost and that brake pads and rotors are entry level mechanical work, I would hope it can be done "right." I had expected that my wife would have been treated better by a local business. Also, the garage we went to said they were getting a lot of business due to Hogans recent changes in business practices. Caveat emptor.

Just to start dont expect fast service! and if you try to reason with the manager he has a huge attitude problem and very rude I dont think hes ever heard of customer service! and I wouldnt rent any Uhaul equipment from them they dont seem to care much when they scrape the back of your car with there trailer and will tell you well why didnt you put it on yourself. Which I have already contacted uhaul about this issue you know its funny every uhaul you go to they want to put the trailer on for you but not here Dont think there in a rush to get you all set up either. If you have another option definitely steer clear of this place.

Dont go here if customer service means anything to you. I went in there and asked for a price for some service work. They were extremely higher than anywhere else around. When I asked the guy working the counter why their price was so high (like if it came with any warranties or extras) he got upset and screamed for me to get out and quit wasting his time. I would never go back or recommend anyone go here.

This is a father/son business, not a chain, not something franchised out. As such, they seem to feel a responsibility to the community and to you that you dont find by the "hired guns." Have had three recent experiences here, two of them with small tires that are a bear to work on, and theyve all been positive.

More of a office company than a trucking company, everyone in the office has a 100yrs in the trucking industry but none of them has ever drivin a truck. They need drivers to come and go so they can keep there jobs.
