Rip off alert!! Beware!! Avoid them!! Before taking my vehicle to this Firestone location for the installation of four new tires I had my vehicle in for service at the usual facility that I go to for the replacement of a ball joint as well as an inspection of the rest of the front end. The informed me that the rest of the front end was fine. Since they do not sell tires, I took my vehicle to Firestone for the tire work. While I was at Firestone, both the mechanic and the person at the front counter told me that I needed inner and outer tie rod replacement work (as well as an alignment) to the tune of about $800. I got a written quote for the job (parts and labor) and left. I then took my vehicle back to my normal facility and they reinspected the front end (I told them what I was told at Firestone regarding the additional alleged front end problems). Again they told me that the front end was fine. Beware. While I was at Firestone I asked for more specific inforamation regarding the degree of wear on the tie rods. The mechanic and counter person seemed to be making things up as they went along and I immediately thought something that something sounded fishy. I would be willing to bet that things like this have happened to MANY, MANY more unsuspecting people that may not have had the ability to know whether or not they were being lied to. I am fortunate to have been able to realize what was going on before I spent $800 unneccesarily.

Rip off! Avoid them! They give mechanics a bad name. I was the first person to arrive at this Firestone to replace one flat tire. They made me wait ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to put a fresh tire on. They told me that my pressure sensor was broken and the only way to replace it was to buy a set of four (each sensor is $70). Also, they put a winter tire on the car and didnt tell me (it just looked like a new tire, but it pulled the car to the right dramatically). I went back after one mile to get a new tire, but they wouldnt return it. So, I went to Discount Tire down the street. They put the correct tire on for almost $200 less than Firestone AND reattached the "broken" pressure sensor (which was NOT broken) for free. I drive a sports car that is too small for a spare, otherwise I would have never let those rude scammers touch my car.

This store destroyed my car and then made more problems then before I droped it off. They dented my bumper and also left a scratch across the rear of my car. I was charged over 600 dollars and was a repeat customer. Probally spent over 10,000 over the years. I would not use this store if you need a great place try other places. I also know a few employees that are drug users and steal from cars. They also take good parts off your car and replace with old used parts. I been witness and wanted to let you know be safe they will rip you off so fast.

The only reason I would go back is because of the great level of Customer Service I was provided by John M. (thats what was listed on his name tag). I was impressed with how he handled my battery warranty claim and how he came out to my vehicle to offer his assistance as I was trying to remove the core and didnt have a long enough extension. I cant vouch for them on any other level as this was my initial experience and they didnt do service on my vehicle, however I can recommend them in terms of Customer Service.

I wont go here anymore. I got an oil change and they tried telling me my coolant was dried out (leaking from somewhere) and asked if I had a warranty on anything (which I do) trying to make fast easy money. Also, that I need new windshield wipers. When I just bought new ones not that long before going in there. They are also way too expensive. The owner at Tuffy is so much nicer and will beat prices and doesnt rip you off. I wish my husband would of never went here.

I want to thank Sam, and the mechanic who worked on my car I was so worried there was a major problem with my vehicle. It had been running really rough which was odd to me since I just had purchased this vehicle a couple months ago. Turns out that there was very little to no oil in my car, my check engine light been popping on and off but no oil light.

Looks like a very nice place, but if your car has low ground clearance they probably will not be able to do a wheel alignment for you.
