Smart alacky and lacking professionalism! They dont follow through on their promises. Telling me to return later and they would finish my inspection if I decide to have the new tires installed for half the price at another center. Of course the follow-up inspection would be another $20 which I was willing to pay another $20 but thought it quite ridiculous since all the guy would have to do was to sign the form and put the mechanic information and that the tires passed inspection. The employees there have contempt for their customers. So basically they have an unscrupulous attitude to want to charge twice for such a trivial inspection. Their attitude was like we do this inspection for Uber drivers only so we can sort of trap customers into over paying for the their very expensive tires prices. When that doesnt happen they are rude and refuse your business. Their pricing is very out of wack Go to a discount tires center. Here is how they refused me. When I returned for the follow up inspection, which they said they would do. When I arrived, they were doors were locked 15 minutes early (closing time was 5PM) when I knocked on the door the clerk signaled to wait 1 minute signaling with his index finger, stringing me along, pretending to be busy and avoiding eye contact, but I wait patiently for 10 minutes, after 5 minutes into this wait I take a few pictures of this bizarre behavior, finally he opens a different door to tell me the mechanic was gone for the day and I would have to come back Monday. He was impersonating a mechanic earlier. As I walked to my car I see the mechanic and other employees leaving the building. Really disrespectful despicable behavior!

Id call them scam artist... or "Salesmen" or even car terrorists Their main weapon is fear and ignorance and emphasizing uncertainty to instill it in the customer. Not just your fear and ignorance but their own. They will do their best to make you believe any mole hill will quickly grow into a mountain in no time when it comes to leaking hydrolics to old tubes and hoses Ive gone here on more than one occasion. If you want to spend over $100 for them to tear apart your car and list off a million of non essential or even non existent things wrong with it this is your place. go in for a $300 job? have them notice $1500-5000 worth of things wrong with it. That they highly suggest you replace and they will keep this list on hand and wait till you have the money for it, or suggest putting it on your good year credit card that you can sign up for.

I hope no one brings their car here for important service. I have a new 2016 car that I hit a curb and the body shop Service King brought my vehicle here for an alignment. Which they did a terrible job! After I drove my car after theyre work, the steering wheel was crooked and was pulling left. I brought it back and complained and told them to check the alignment again. They refused!? And said it wasnt their responsibility. After I did some more digging, I discovered they did a "thrust angle alignment" on my new car. Which means they align the front wheels to compensate for the rear. This not even correcting the rear alignment on my new car. Which is very crucial and Im surprised they made no effort to fix it. I took my car to the Dealer and now its as straight as an arrow. Thanks for nothing Goodyear terrible service

Do not go here. They over charge for all the beak work. Needed my rear break line replaced 366.00. 99.00 for a 30 dollar line. 99 for labor. 20 to replace break fluid and 99 for labor to replace the fluid which is a 10 min at most job and get this 45 dollars to diagnose the problem HELLO I told you the problem just a simple crack in the hose . Total rip off would go somewhere else but Im dealing with a death in the family. Do not go here

Greg at the front desk was great. His knowledgeability about tires, their safety and their critical role for automobiles was astounding. He taught me things they should have in driving school. I was leaking air in my right rear tire. They told me it was cracked on the sidewall and needed to be replaced. I took it to Discount Tire and they found a screw and repaired it for free. I cant believe they got that wrong by accident, so I assume they were trying to scam me. I will never go to a Goodyear ever again.

I have been here numerous times, they are friendly, prices are very reasonable and they always get me out in a timely manner. I had a major repair done and Leonard arranged a ride home and picked me up when it was complete. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I went for tires cause they had a special sure enough they try to sell me other services but if you getting just tires then its a good idea. They really arent good mechanics and if you follow them you can end up spending more than what is needed.

Shitty employees. Friend was hit and ran. He asked to leave vehicle in parking lot for a couple hours till tow truck came. Not too long after it was towed and impounded. Shitty place. Shitty people.

horrible service, call Belle Tire. was told they could beat the price, but wouldnt because I drove a Toyota. If it was a Chevy pickup they would, but they dont want to deal with it
