I will try and make this short, My car broke down and I got it towed to Complete Auto. I paid them to look at it and they told me the Engine was blown. I asked if they bought junk cars, they did not. The owner told me he could get me 200 dollars for the car and I said ok. The car sat there for 3 months so I called them up and said "whats going on"? the owner told me he never said he would get me any money for it. So I called a few places to come get it for a donation, I found a guy in Lapeer that would come get it and give me 240 dollars for it. He couldnt come until 2 more days, so in 2 days I called Complete Auto and was told they had GIVEN my car to someone who needed some parts from it. Also had the NERVE to tell me they like to "Help" people out when I said "you just gave my car away"? I was furious and ended up talking the owner into giving me a free oil change for giving my car away. At that point, I wouldnt trust these guys to even CHANGE my oil. I would not recommend these guys to ANYBODY in that area, there are a lot better choices north and south of there shop.

Took my car in on a Friday to fix a simple window motor. They told me they would call me in an hour. Never received a call. Called back only to find out that they are closed and closed on Saturday as well. I am without a car for the weekend due to their idiotic lack of communication. Would not be returning and planning to take my needs elsewhere!!

Good service shops are hard to find. If you live in or near Oxford, you are very lucky. Complete Auto Repair is one of the best around. Bill is an honest and down to earth guy that does a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Complete Auto above anyone else.
