I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars. My son recently graduated from OSU and was in the process of moving some things to his new place over in the Lima area. I own the car but he drives it until he can find something of his own. On one of his recent trips the car broke down in the Marysville area. He called 24/7 Towing & Recovery and they recommended taking the car here for service. To be honest I was a little worried that the tow company might be taking it to his “buddy” for service. After the experience I couldn’t have been more wrong. When my son and the tow truck arrived at Meineke, they were just closing up for the day. But Pete reopened long enough to get the car checked in and take down all of the info about what happened. The following business day I called when they first opened to let them know to call me with whatever they found because I would be the one paying the bill. I talked with Ben several times over the next few days about the progress. With all of their testing and test driving, they could not find anything that was wrong with the car. Whatever they would try the car would not replicate the issue that caused it to die along the road that day. So I went to pick up the car today with the expectation that there would probably be some charges for all of the testing that they had tried to do to diagnose and fix my car. I was blown away by getting charged absolutely nothing. Marysville, you are blessed to have a shop in your town that shows this much honor and ethics. It is so risking being out of town when your car needs repaired. But I could not be more pleased with how Pete and Ben treated me. This is the kind of service that every company should strive to have.

Customer service second to none. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. The manager, Ben, is very knowledgeable about cars and did an outstanding job explaining the details to me of what was involved in getting my car repaired. Highly recommended. Update -- Had another great experience here two weeks after my first review. First review was for a muffler replacement. This update is for a rear brake job. They explained the procedure and showed me a detailed estimate beforehand. There ended up being a minor problem with the repair, but they corrected that problem on a return visit to my complete satisfaction with absolutely no hassle. They definitely deserve this five-star rating.

Went in to get my daughters car checked out. She is a new driver and the car is almost 20 years old, so I wanted to make sure it was safe. I expected to be sold an oil change, filters and the rest bur wasnt looking forward to being up sold stuff that wasnt nessary. How refreshing to get the stuff that was needed, an oil change and air filter, ando then being told there were things that would need attention soon, like tires before winter, an stuff that was fine, like fluids and breaks. I felt they gave me an honest assessment when they could have told me a bunch of stuff that wasnt true. I will be taking my truck and my wifes van to them for all our general maintenance. Jeff was great!

Went in for brake service. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They introduced me to the head technician and had him take a look at my vehicle. The technician then explained what needed to be done in complete detail. The previous place I went to insisted I needed to have both my front and back brakes replaced. But the technician at Meineke in Marysville ran several tests and provided a much better service plan. He was also able to quickly identify and fix a noise that had been coming from my vehicle that several other technicians at other places could not! I was very pleased with the service here and will be taking my vehicle there from now on.

I have an old car with many known issues but was focused on just new brakes. They repaired the brakes for a good $200-300 less than another quote I received and pointed out constructively without overselling all the faults of the car and what their opinion was on what needed to be fixed and what could wait - with no pressure. They treated me like my car was a Mercedes not a 20 year old car with 175k on it.. My daughters car will need work in the next year and I am definitely recommending she go back to this Meineke for her work....I know they will make sure she is safe at a reasonable cost. What could be better!

Just Go North!

AVOID THIS PLACE:::: Meineke, sorry but what you guys are doing is not OK. Trying to rip people off. I got an estimated for a brake replace front and rear for $526 dollars total (phone estimate) I do believe this place "over charge" customers. If you dont know anything about cars or at least dont know about parts prices, you can see yourself paying +$150 dollars (extra) and "it maybe" a reasonable price for you, which is not!! Anyway, I found one place which charged me $140 dollars for labor fee only and bought my own parts (new front and rear rotors and pads)! Total $290 dollars.

The gents here are the most thoughtful, mindful and kind men Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. They take the time to be social which speaks to their values which points to the customer. Additionally, they take the time to explain exactly what the services are, what the benefits and risks are in respects to the work needing done and exactly what is going on with my Jeep in a clear and concise way that I appreciate. I would recommend them to my Grandmother.

03 Ford Mustang with a really bad rattle and lots of trouble shifting. I took it to the dealership and they said it was a transmission and it would be $1300-$2500 to fix. I called over to Meineke for a second opinion and they told me to come in and get my CPU read for FREE! Turns out it wasnt a bad transmission, just a bunch of bad spark plugs and a few odds and ends. $500 out the door. And my car sounds and runs great. Thanks Meineke!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable while I waited for the tech to finish up. They walked me through the work that was done and identified some items to consider for a future visit without pushing additional changes. Feel confident that they are working on items that need to be fixed. Will be taking my car there again!!

We had an oil change, purchased 4 new tires, a new battery, and had the brake pads and rotars replaced. The price was more than fair and the service was top notch. We have had no problems with our car since and it has almost 100,000 miles but runs like its brand new. We will be taking our other car there for service soon. I would recommend Marysville Meineke to everyone.

Had some screeching in my front tires, and I took it in. Meineke did a great job assessing what was wrong and more importantly communicated with me about it and the estimate BEFORE they did the work. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely be back. I finally found a "guy" to help with my car maintenance and issues.
