I would like to thank the staff at Midas in Westland. Yogi in particular. I had major repairs needed on my car, and no way home no matter who I called. He offered up a ride on the spot. I was very pleased by his professionalism, and he even gave me a lift home too. I have been getting my car fixed there for a bit over a year now with absolutely no issues. All repair time and most importantly costs are as stated before repairs are authorized. I had a issue with my lights today just a couple days later after my big repair, and they got me in and out in no time. I will be coming here for years. Its hard to find great help like this. Staff and Management are friendly, and outgoing. What more could be said? Chris

I brought my 2007 Chevy Equinox in knowing I had a lot of work to be done and Manager-Brian and Font Desk Clerk-Yogi were very Professional and had GREAT Customer service skills. Brian was very informative and physically showed me everything that was wrong with my car instead of just trying to sell me on replacements. Yogi was very polite and even drove me to work and picked me up because I did not have a ride. I highly recommend these guys they are the real deal :)

I am an uber driver and they up the inspection fee from $25 to $30. Then failed me due to a tail light they couldnt fix. He told me we dont do electrical. Then I explained to him about my steering pulling to the right he said he couldnt fix it. They charged me 15$ for a tire rotation which I didnt even receive. My only bent rim was in the smae spot. I called corporate and said this was an incompetent branch.

Do NOT deal with these MORONS!!! they have no respect for people and have put me and my family in DANGER with their lack of knowledge! Any monkey with a wrench could have done a better job and probably would have been more polite! I was even talking with other customers in the lobby and they all said that was the last time they were ever going to go there. BOTTOM LINE: RUDE! AND DANGEROUS!!!!

I just went for a quick service for my 2007 Hyundai sonata ,they replaced oil and filter,breaks pads front and rear with in 45 minutes , all staffs are friendly,work quality is very good.total amount for the service is comparatively less from others.i will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

This is the ONLY place I EVER take my car to. I wouldnt trust any other repair shop to work on my car, the techs there are REALLY knowledgeable and explain everything that needs to be done to my car and why it needed to be done. And the prices are REALLY reasonable.

I once went there and looked at how they did the work. Their work disappointed me. The charge there was pretty expense and the service quality was pretty bad. Recommend not to go to there for regular maintenance or car repair.

Worst service ever!!!! I went here to get my power steering fixed and they charged me $200!! Then they told my it was fixed, not even a month later I had the same problem again. Never going here again!!!!
