These people are thieves, lack integrity, lie, are inefficient, and do not do a good job. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SATISFIED WITH A JOB WELL DONE FOR THE RIDICULOUS PRICE THEY CHARGE. Called them back to complain about the incomplete job that was done on my vehicle and they were so terribly rude. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I went to them to replace my headlight connector. They specifically told me they would need to replace my headlights as well. I gave them all brand new parts!, and they charged me $80 as money for labor. As ridiculous as the price is, the charge for labor was not my problem, as i had been informed of this prior to beginning the job. The worst part of this place is they didnt even replace the headlights they were supposed to. They specifically asked me for new headlights before starting the job and refused to replace them!!!!.!

Took my car there was told I was leaking antifreeze which I wasnt then was told that I had 2 puddles of antifreeze couldnt of cause they didnt even put my car on a hoist then I was told that they would have to take my engine apart and it would cost me $2500 so i took it somewhere else and had a diagnostic test done it was nothing they said that was wrong with my car they are scammers I wouldnt take my car to them if they were the last auto repair shop around.

I have never had a more pleasant, quick, and reasonably priced experience in a repair shop. Everyone was friendly and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. My husband and I were basically stranded, we are from St. Louis, and while Firestone wanted to gouge us for what turned out to be an incredibly simple repair, Bravos prices were fair and the staff made us feel great about our choice.

Great experience there will be my mechanic shop for life great guys fix my car for free put a fuse in other shop wanted $250 to rewire my radio come to find out it was only a blown fuse
