Absolutely horrible experience, Got in at 9am for an alignment, because the alignment that they did less than 1500 miles ago was botched, It didnt drive strait when I came out of the shop, and by the time I was going back in, some bolts on my suspension (strut to knuckle camber adjustment bolts) were LITERALLY LOOSE, and I could grab my wheel and tilt the camber by hand. I was told it would be 2.5-3 hours to complete the alignment, around the 4 hour mark is when it actually got on the rack, then I was told that the rear toe adjustment bolt was snapped off. (which I have a feeling was done the last time I was in there a month ago because the metal was not rusted) And then refused to perform the rest of the alignment, that had nothing to do with that broken bolt. WASTING about 4.5 hours of my time as I waited there. The customer service guy on the register made those decisions, where when I talked to the tech afterwards, he said that he could have done the rest of the alignment without that bolt. Absolute slease bag. Also, the tech that broke the bolt the last time I was in, was the stores lead technician, no wonder why it wasnt noted or replaced. Just save yourself and your car, dont go to this garbage shop.

I agree 100% with all the negative comments. Every time I go there, they tell me to fix something and I ignore them. In 2013, During oil change, they told me to change the battery which never had a problem. Finally I asked them to change, they recommended me alternator too over the phone after 2 hours. I ended up paying $1000 bucks for something that didnt require replacement. 2 months back, I had a flat tire on my SUV, they told me to install a new tire as they mentioned the tire has completely destroyed, I never seen any issue in that. They make up stories like the world is coming to an end. I had a road hazard warranty but they measured the tire thread and asked me for to pay 50% for the new tire plus road hazard warranty for the new tire again. Today I took my other Sedan for the tire check up as it started to torn and the same guy named Nick told me that its my fault. I took the road hazard warranty on this car too and they were asking me for $150 (75% of the new tire cost). I am sure if I left the car there, they would be calling me to say that I need a new tire. I brought my car back and installed a used tire of $25 and its running as usual. Never leave your car unless you are sure about the fix...

My car has 60K miles and front breaks were making noise. I took my car there for break job. At the write up, they automatically added on $21 vehicle inspection charge (to look at things other than breaks). I did not feel like arguing about it so I let it go. That must have flagged me as a “Sucker” because they wanted to replace all four rotors. I guess front rotor replacing at 60K is not that unusual but thought it was not quite right for the back ones (Front breaks do more work than the back one.) What tipped me off was their recommendation for new tires and fixing power steering leak. I thought “Funny, I bought the tires 1 year / 15K miles ago” And power steering fluid level is just fine. (My tires are not soft low profile sports car tires.) They told me I should not drive my car because it is dangerous and all that speech. At this point, I could not trust them on anything. I took the car to a dealership and they saw no need for new rotors or tires. I am sure you can guess what my opinion of this place is.. What also did not make me happy was that , after I told them no, they took 50 minutes to put the tires back on and I had wait for that.

If I were you, and Im glad Im not because you are considering going to this place I would run as far as you can. Here is my experience and you can decide for yourself. I got an online quote for tires and made an appointment for a few days later. The service guy Tom checked and said my tires were there. Perfect I told him I would walk across the street and have lunch and wait. After 2 hours he called me and said he had bad news, they couldnt get my lug nuts off my Range Rover (?) and I needed to go by new ones. I found this very odd. I went back to get my car and the first thing they said was "YOU need new brakes the lights is on". Nothing about my tires and such. Anyway I went somewhere else the next day and had no problems with my lug nuts and they had new tires put on with no hassle and the break light was off. Save yourself the hassle and DONT go there

This place is all business....the business of figuring out ways to squeeze money out of the customer that is. If you enjoy having someone spend your money in order to point out every potential issue your vehicle may have, real or fictitious, then quoting exorbitant prices to fix them, then this is the place for you! otherwise STAY AWAY! Also, I am not sure but they may have even messed with my car. I just wanted them to fix one Item. Now there is a new clunking noise that was not present when I brought it in. Of course it matches one of the issues they diagnosed during the multi-point inspection that I did not want or ask for.......Shady-----just Shady

Its tough to meet anyone honest in the auto repair industry. But my dad and I have been going to this place for years. Last week when the temperature was 8 degrees outside my wife blew her tire out (or so we thought). The tire was hanging off the rim. We brought it to Firestone minutes before they closed and the guy at the counter did an air and water test on it right in front of us. We had to wait until the next day to pick it back up but he could have easily charged me for an unnecessary tire and I would have not known. Instead I only had to pay $25 to patch it up and balance it.

I have a van that has been sitting for a while. Brake rotors got rusty and it wasnt stopping well, so I took it in for rotors and pads. Firestone quoted me over $1000 for rotors, pads and calipers and brake lines. I was told that the calipers were stuck and the lines were kinked. I asked them to just do the work asked and they refused. Got it home, did the repairs myself. Calipers were not stuck, lines were not kinked. I expect a tough upsell at a place like that, but that walks the line of fraud. Im surprised nobody has called the AG on them yet.

I just hated the service..I already had taken the appointment with them for oil change and wheel alignment check..they made me wait for 2 hours and later on they called and informed me about the front breaks...I though it would be cheap but they charged whopping $500 ...I was completely taken aback and I felt sooooo angry and aghast...thats complete in ethical...I really wished I had read all the negative comments earlier here ...if you wanna waste your time and money, this place is ideal for you....I am definitely not gonna go here..
