WORST MECHANICS EVER!!! Went here for an alignmet after replacing all new steering components except pitman arm which i informed them of. They wanna charge me additional money to remove the pitman arm in arder to do an alignment which makes no sense. The factory setting was never adjusted. Then charges me 25 dolkars for a "check up " rather than do the alignment i came for. Now my trucks pulling right when it never pulled at all before going in there. Just had a crooked steering wheel. Dont go here theyrd scamming innocent people for more money than is necessary. A guys was waiting in the waiting room for a door hinge to be changed and another employee here watching a youtube video on how to change it. What a joke. This place is no real shop

Needed an alignment and all my friends were raving about this place. I dont like people working on my cars so I was a little skeptical at first but after I met Mo and his crew at Royal Auto Care, i felt at ease. This was the first time ever where I took a car for an alignment and not have to come back for them to "get it right." After leaving the place with a properly aligned truck, i got a call 5 mins later from him asking me how the alignment was. Overall, i was very satisfied with the customer service and mostly satisfied with the work done for my truck! Although this place is about an hour away from me, this is the only place Ill come to get alignments/automotive services from here on!

I was looking around for a shop that would do an alignment on my lifted truck... I had been to other places but they had always seemed to complain with my other truck ( which had a smaller lift and smaller tires ). Royal Auto Care was recommended by a lot of people so I figured I would give them a call! The owner Mo is a super nice guy and is willing to help you out! They did the alignment no problem... since my gear box isnt the best and needs to be replaced the steering wheel was a little off... I told Mo and he was able to adjust it at my convenience! I would recommend this place to anybody with a lifted truck or a lowered car!

Stopped by to get an alignment on my car. The waiting room is nice and the employees are professional. Offered water and to watch whatever I wanted. Few minutes later I was told that the car didnt need an alignment, and it was off the hoist for free. Their honesty is one of their unique qualities that differs them from other businesses. They wouldnt charge unless they actually worked on the car. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get work done on their car!

We were visiting in michigan from ohio. Our car broke down and mo at royal auto care let us use his car until they fixed our car. We went to visit our family. Mo delivered us the car to our house and gave was awesome deal on fixing it! Would recommend anyone to go to them.
