I have had the unfortunate opportunity of using Henrys on multiple occasions now...I say unfortunate, because no one wants there vehicle to be in for repair. From the first phone call to the last, they will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. They are competitively priced, and even if they were slightly more expensive than another shop, I would still and will still use Henrys. They dont try to oversell what is wrong with the vehicle making them trust worthy. I have never had to bring a vehicle back in due to something being not fixed right, or due to them missing something (which happened at another repair shop before I started going here). If you want fast reliable repairs, excellent customer service, and a trust worthy shop, then Henrys is the place to go; I promise, it will be the last time you "shop" around for a good mechanic.

I took my car here after having a ongoing problem with my vehicle for months, after going to two different mechanics with the problem still unsolved. I cant remember the name of the mechanic that serviced me , but he was great. I felt he was honest and solved the problem in just a few hours with no appointment . He was very polite and gave great customer service. I believe the price was very reasonable after researching average cost for the service I received . I will absolutely use this shop in the future.

They couldnt even make the right diagnosis on my handicap mothers vehicle. They said it was the battery, so they replaced that. The car died again not more than a day later, and it ends up being the fuel pump. They didnt even give her a break. A fuel pump costs 100 dollars, not 500. This place is one big scam. Its not the place it used to be 25 years ago. They also took advantage of my 85 year old grandfather. I am writing this so no one else gets taken advantage of.

Amazing and helpful! They went out of their way to help me on a holiday weekend. I felt that I could trust them right out of the gate and they didnt disappoint. I was treated with courtesy and respect -- I recommend them highly and will keep them in mind if Im ever in need of car repair, as I feel I will be treated fairly and not overcharged...thats huge to have that kind of trust for a mechanic shop straight out of the gate, without any prior recommendations!!
