Recently I had most my exhaust system fall off while driving. Having a general idea of what I needed, I proceeded to call around and get "rough estimates" on how much it would cost to replace and approximately how long it would take to replace. I contacted All Night Auto due to positive reviews and relative location. They came in with a fair price for a "rough estimate" and estimated they could get it done by the end of the day (I dropped my car off around noon when they close at 10 pm). Granted, having most of your exhaust fall off isnt too much of a mystery of what needs to be fixed, they didnt find any "surprises". A hanger or two had to be fabricated, but other than that, all that needed to be replaced was expected and included in the rough estimate (final cost was within the range of the rough estimate). Job was completed by the end of the day. Staff was friendly. One employee found me a ride home so I didnt have to walk in a snow storm. Staff also didnt treat me like a complete idiot (Id like to think I know a bit about cars but there is a reason Im not a mechanic for a living). Overall, they got the job done on time and at a price as quoted in their "rough estimate". I was treated well and because of their hours, I was able to get my car in halfway through the day and finished before they closed. Staff was friendly. Id be willing to let them work on my car again.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I took my car in on a Sunday morning. They told me they would look at it and call me back. I waited until mid day to call them and they still had no update. I told them I have a car rental and that I needed to know what was going on. They called me the next day and said that the car would be 700 to fix. The parts didnt seem like they would be that much so I told them Id call back to let them know. Come to find out the same thing they were charging 200 dollars for was a 14 dollar part. I went in to get my car so I could get a second opinion. They refused to release my car saying they already bought parts. The manager thought the whole situation was funny. I finally got my car back over an hour of fighting with them and paying the 93 dollar diagnostic fee. I take it for a second opinion. Two repair shops said the hose wasnt even bad. All night auto is a complete rip off. I am a young female and they took advantage thinking I would just get the work done. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

I couldnt be more pleased or impressed with All Night Auto Repair. I had some troubles with my vehicle while at my girlfriends house in Westland. I took it in Saturday afternoon and they were backed up with cars but said they would get to it asap. Well they did, they contacted me and let me know what was wrong and gave me a reasonable price for the work done. I was amazed that they were even open on Super Bowl Sunday let alone during the worst snow storm weve had this year. The service manager Dan even came and picked me up to save me a cab ride. They were fast, courteous and did excellent work. They definitely went above and beyond and I couldnt be more happy with the work done and the service level I received. I would recommend All Night Auto to anyone for any work they need done, these guys are great!

Horrible experience would rate 0 stars my friend did my tie rods and afterwards I took my car here for an allignment paid $65 for the allignment my car was released to me and either had been tampered with or the mechanic was a complete moron because the tie road was so loose it rattled and I go back and try to get my money back for their horrible service after having to go to another shop and get my tie rod reattached and they have been giving me the run around for 2 month saying I have to talk to the GM Chris who is seemingly never there so cuz he wasnt there they tried to offer me $65 shop credit after they screwed up my car they want me to put in in their hands again HELL NO beware this shop NEVER take your car there

They try to take advantage of you because of their hours. They know theyre the only ones open at the time you need something done in an emergency so they scam you. Tried to charge me $100 for a $10 part. He didnt even have the part in stock, told me he was going to have to order it. Just like another reviewer said, I am a young female, so they think that Im just going to give in and let them charge whatever they want. I took it to Belle Tire in the morning and got everything taken care of. Lets just say it was NOT $100 or anywhere near that! I will never go here and I would never recommend this place ever!

I had taken my car to 4 different places before I found Ed and All Night Auto, none of which were able to fix the electrical problems that I had been having. I was nearly to the point of scrapping my car, but I thought I would give one more shot at getting her back on the road. Not only did the mechanics resolve the issue, but they were able to do it for a FRACTION of the price I was quoted at the dealer to even diagnose the problem. I will take all of my cars here moving forward. They are fast, knowledgeable, and extremely cost competitive. Excellent service!!

I usually deal with Dan, who is really honest and strives to make customers happy. Ive never had a problem with these guys and I never feel like theyre taking advantage of me, which is often the case for a woman at auto repair places. Plus, theyre open all weekend. Who wouldnt love that? For those who are complaining about price, you get an estimate before the work is done and they will call you before they do any work that goes over the estimate. You can choose to not have work done there, you know...

Im from out of state, had a flat, went in, the tech fixed it. On my drive back after 50 miles my tire went flat again. When i took it to a tire shop the titre was taken off and i saw the guy put a plug only. There was no patch. Plug only never works, maybe on lawn mowers and other farm equipment. This flat caused the tire sidewall to get damaged and is being replaced. Please make sure this doesnt happen to you or go elsewhere where they care. They guy was nice, he just did an unsatisfactory job.

The guys at All Night Auto are AMAZING! The service is fast and reliable. The true honesty is much appreciated! They will not steer you wrong. The service is quick and reliable and they always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They dont try to sell you something you dont need and will make recommendations even if it costs them money. Dan is a pleasure to work with and wont steer you wrong. I will continue to go to All Night Auto as long as I live in the area these are the guys I trust with my car!
