Horrible workmanship at this place. Charged way to much for the work performed. Didnt fix things that needed to be done just fixed what the wanted. This is actually a muffler shop not a mechanic. They reviews on here are very old and honestly i would guess the owners put them up them self. Buyer beware. I would post a picture of the bill if i could to show everyone. I first had the truck dropped off for inspection and had them fix what they said. Then they called me and told me some b.s. story about things they said where fine now needed to be replaced. And didnt even do a proper brake job. They broke my rotors when changing the ball joints and then charged me for it. I had to tell them that there was raditor fluid leaking after the so called inspections. Horrible horrible nightmare. I will say that the staff inside the store was very nice

I came in last minute, literally.. right before closing on a sat evening the time when everyone wants to leave to go home from work and have fun. As I was pulling up the owner of the shop, Cameron, who is a very nice man said he would take me and even walked outside to greet me as I pulled up with my car he then got in pulled the car into the shop and started working. Very last minute for a very great service I couldnt have hauled my ass to a more friendlier respectful professional car shop. These people make you instantly feel like family. Cameron and his crew are amazing!!! Thank you so much for everything my car sounds and looks great thanks to them! Also great prices for people who make you feel like family.

Ive had a great experience at this shop, my 2008 Chevy impala the rear wheel was making noise, i went to the dealer, after a day and half of waiting the diagnostics were three things to four things are needed , i was told that rear wheel hub bearings and axle shafts assembly and the spindle were damaged and rear brakes and rotors needs to be replaced, the price was outrageous, so i called around for best price, i found K & F Auto Repair has the best price, it was done within one day, was done right, reasonable price and good timing, thank you so much guys for the friendly and professional service, i"ll definitely comeback for future repairs. and refer any body ask me for any kind of auto repairs.

I took my 2005 Ford F-150 into Mr. Muffler and Brakes today for an exhaust repair and to check out my truck for a transmission leak. I love my truck and I had already had it checked out by another shop. The guys there checked it out and confirmed what the first shop had told me. The biggest difference was that they were about the half the price of the first shop. They had my truck fixed and back to me the same and day and I am very happy with the repairs! The guys treated me great and gave me a military discount. I am so happy that my friend told me about this place. Thanks guys and you have my business for life!!Therefore im posting this review.

I had a good job which was done professionally from first time. Thank you and I plan on coming back. I have a Ford Explorer and I had A/C problem. Also the studs were broken inside the bracket. The dealer wanted almost $3000.00 dollars, and they said if they couldnt get the studs out, then I mightve had to change the engine. Therefore I went to K & F Auto in Farmington Hills, and they were be able to save the exhaust manifolds. They didnt have to change the engine, they extracted the old studs and put in new studs. The price was very reasonble and the service was quite fast. I highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Saw the Craigs List post for $69 brakes and dropped off my vehicle. They called shortly after and indicated by entire brake system was ruined and it needed close to $400 to repair......the old bait and switch or upsell. I was warned it would be dangerous to drive the car if I did not get it fixed. I said I just wanted the $69 special and got a long winded hard-sell from the guy but persisted. I know how to replace brakes but did not have the time. I know the rotors and calipers were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. I will not return here. Beware of unnecessary upsell pressure!

This my second time coming to K & F Auto. And I have to say this has still been my best experience dealing with a auto service center, even more so then the Dodge dealership I usually take my Challenger too. As soon as you step into the door you are greeted by Gary and his staff, they make you feel welcome and actually care about what your situation is and will go the extra mile to make sure they can help, rather that be pricing or even parts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP....I will be back for my engine tune up and transmission flush.

The best service and quality. Thats what you will find at Kams auto repair shop. Their work in professional, on time and the employees are friendly and honest. I always had great experience with the shop. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are reaseonable and their service is excellent. The last time they serviced my van, they were able to fix it the same day I called them. They only fix what needs to be fixed. Through the years, they gained my trust, and I always take my vehicles to them. I only wish that they were located closer to me house. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Found them based on the high star review and good feedback. Called a lot of places around town and they were the ones with the best ratings and prices. Had extensive work done on the coolant and a over heating parts replaced. They said they would order the parts right away and get it done as soon as possible. Two hours later it was all done. They even stayed late after closing time for me, so they could finish it that i can drive back home!
