Okay. How do I start this? I bought a 97 Audi a4 that this shop had recently swapped the engine and the trans out of. within 8 months, and 4,000 miles, my trans line went out and almost blew the transmission out completely. They told me too bad so sad, because it had no warranty and they were too cowardly to guarantee their work within a year of the trans going. They then charged me $250 (which they said was "1/2" price as a courtesy, okay) for what was basically electrical tape on the wiring for my trans line. They also tried to talk down to me and say it was my fault, and that I probably hit something- except that it was impossible for me to hit something to mess the line up- seeing as where the leak was was within the first 4 inches below the hood... I got the car back with trim missing off the bumper, dirt all over it, oily hand prints ( basically they were too lazy and cheap to clean it) and dirty mats inside. Also, when I went to a legitimate shop later, they had to add about 10 bolts that were missing from the job they did in the first place. This place scams people, over prices, and treats women like they are stupid idiots. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! - Have a good one.

I went to this service center to get a quote replace a muffler on my sons car. the manager told me it would be very expensive. He told me they dont make an after market muffler for this car but they could order one from a dealer and have it in two days. They would install it for $500.00. They also had one that was different that they could install the next day and install for $170.00. I told them I would go get another quote. I went to the Muffler Man in Lincoln Park, MI on Fort St and they replace the muffler with a universal muffler in about thirty minitues while I waited and the total cost was $92.93. I have been to this Top Value before and have had a similar experienced. I will not recommend or use this shop because I am concerened with their honesty and intregerty with me. I have some mechanical knowledge and feel they are over priced and take advantage of their customers. I recomend you get at least another quote before having vehicle worked on at this establishment.

My go to shop for car repairs and oil change (up front) My husband and i have been going to Top Value for years for oil change service and maintenance on his car. Billys crew works quickly to get back with answers to issues, and they always get the fix done quickly and under the price of other shops. They keep track of all oil changes and let me know i was having a consumption issue that needed to be corrected via the dealer. Ive even gone there to have a wiper blade put back on over the winter and they were more than happy to help me out.

Ive had a couple of vehicles serviced here and each time I feel like the service and prices were honest. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust (especially if youre female!) and I trust this shop to perform everything from an oil change to major repair. Repairs are always explained and performed in a timely manner. No "hidden" charges or surprises when you go to pick up your vehicle. Highly recommend this shop!

Ive been taking my vehicles here for 10 years. The manager cares about his employees and his customers and is always sincere with his work. He gives honest answers, honest work, and great prices. Custom exhaust work is no problem with his technicians and they take great pride in their work. I just sent them my brand new Chrysler 300s with the Hemi to get my exhaust done, great job guys!!!

Got all 4 rotors and front driver side caliper put on... They did a on point overall good job... Especially all my bolts were seized to guy got a LITTLE frustrated but omg he accomplished it when me and my Fiance were up s*** creek lol trying to get them off on are own.... I will be going back great service done within a timely matter and small conversations if you know how to talk.

I came here after not wanting to pay $800 at Firestone for brakes, rotors and calipers on 2 wheels. Bill did it for $350. And he was very professional and I felt that he cared about my vehicle. I live 2 hours away from here but will try to get my vehicles served here whenever I am in the area for work!

Came here cause my muffler was hanging off and it needed a sleeve. They repaired and gave me a discount on a steering alignment. Had it all done in an hour for 110$ without an appointment
