1) Called the shop a couple days before coming in to confirm hours. Person said they open at 8:00. The day I came in, no one showed up until nearly 9:00 2) Brought a used car in that I was interested in purchasing. The person who inspected my car said that the suspension may need work in a year but other than that its good to go. Fast forward 2 weeks after I purchase the car and it starts having issues. Took it into another mechanic and they tell me that there is a very visible crack in the transmission case that had appeared to be "repaired" using JB Weld. If they cant find this during an inspection I would not trust them with your car. Manager did try to offer to put in a used transmission at a reduced cost and did admit to the mistake. Maybe they are good at other things but I wouldnt use them for an inspection and/or transmission work.

I went to the shop prepared for several hours wait, and a hefty bill. TJ the technician came in, told me a bracket fell off and dislodged the muffler from the pipe. He could have told me the muffler was bad, or the pipe, or both, but he was straight forward and honest! A good feeling knowing someone treated you fairly! I was in and out within a half an hour! Thanks Top Value/TJ You guys rock!

My car broke down Monday night. Took it in Tues morning and by the time I got off work it was fixed. Went to pick it up and they didnt even charge me. We have used this establishment numerous times. We have been 100% satisfied every time. They do good work, the place is updated and clean and the staff is polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Top Value in Flat Rock!!

My muffler fell off my car as I was driving nearby. I was on a serious time crunch as I had to be back in the Detroit area within an hour. Not only did they accommodate for this, but they also did a quality job (my car was even quieter than before the muffler fell off). All of this done at a very reasonable price, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Took my truck in to have the exhaust fixed and they fixed it. About 6 months later it broke again and they said it would cost another $75 dollars to fix the same thing they repaired the first time. The warranty they put on their receipts is not worth the paper it is written on. At all costs do not use these people to repair your vehicle.

TJ and the staff are professional. Ive done business with him and his dad for years and they service all makes and models. they give you honest feedback and I trust these guys with all of my vehicles. if you want good work and knowledgeable people that wont overcharge you go to this shop.

very accommodating facility. Came in and staff showed me what was wrong on my vehicle and what needed to be done to fix it. They were able to repair same hour with parts available in their nearby warehouse. price was reasonable and service was excellent. I would use their services again.

Best repair shop in Flat Rock! I had them do some work on my Corrola and the staff was respectful with a vary fair and honest price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the downriver area.

This shop is honest and well priced, and very quick. Had a muffler problem and they were able to fix it without any expensive unneeded parts replacements. Great place.

Had a brake caliper freeze up three months after these guys replaced them. Took it back and they replaced the bad caliper with no charge!!! Thats customer service!
