Had a flat tire that needed repair. There was a 1/3 in. crack on the tread that was over an inch from the sidewall. Took it into Serra Toyota who refused to patch it saying it was too close to the sidewall and were hard selling me a new tire for $250. I drove to this NAPA instead where one of the mechanics looked at it, said it could be done, including tire balancing for $20. End of the day, it was ready for pick up. I met the owner here, Adam, who was nice enough to install the repaired tire back on to my car and top the air pressure on the other three. I offered to pay him for his time but he turned it down. I usually get a sleazy feeling when I walk into any place that deals with car sales and repair but this was different. Its now been a month and over a 1000 miles and no issues yet.

I was driving to a different auto repair shop when a buddy of mine called me. He told me that he had a great experience here and recommended them. I agree. The mechanic took me back to look at my truck, showed me the obvious problem, but then he showed me where he had dug a little further to find a related issue. When everything was said and done, the first thing he did was to show me the bad parts, something thats supposed to happen but seldom does. The thing he didnt do, was to charge me for an hour, when it only took 30 minutes. I will be back and Im bringing all my friends. Its a relief to find a good mechanic that reasonably priced.

Spent over a thousand getting work done on my front end. Then put my truck in storage. Drover it again and pieces are falling off when I had someone new look at it to tell me what this loud sound was. I called to have them look up my service record.. left me on hold and never came back. Im so sick.. they are cooks that keep changing the name. Dont trust them.

I came in to get two tires done. Not only were they extremely fast, they even took the time to power wash my rims at no extra cost. I recommended my mother for tired and my sister for suspension work and they worked within our budget. Adam and the boys at napa are a new breed of mechanics. Im a permanent customer.

AWESOME SERVICE!! Stopped by while traveling in need of wiper blade repair ASAP while it was POURING RAIN!! ADAM helped me right away and also gave me info about oil for my car. Next month I will be back for an Oil Change...Cheapest price around for full synthetic.. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE!!!
