I had a bad experience going to this place.. Checked many places for tire prices and Ive got offered a free front and rear alignment with the purchase of 4 tires so I agreed to go at Rowlyes in lapeer. Bad bad decision, when they were done doing my tires they charged me for the tires and after that was done they told me they could not do the alignment because I had bad ball joints, so I asked if I can fix them and bring my vehicle back for the free alignment and all 3 guys who were there started yelling at me telling me that they will not do a free alignment because it cost them money after they told me they will do it for free. When I confronted them about the situation they asked me to leave the building. Took my vehicle to another shop to check on my balls joints and they are just fine...... They are scammers trying to get your business, I wont recommend anyone to go there, I feel bad for the women who go there because I saw how they take advantage of them since they dont have knowledge. First time going there and last time also, they took $500.00 from me and all my tires were almost flat when I left, had to do my own inflation on my tires. Very disappointed.

I was surfing the net looking for someone who could install a trailer hitch on my Impala for a reasonable price. Luckily, I came across Rowley Tire and spoke with John Jill on the phone who was able to set me right up with an appointment to install the item after taking down all my requirements. He beat my best price by over $100 and delivered on every promise. Hes the man to see if you need tires, a trailer hitch, or any auto work that requires your input. FIVE STARS here! Buy.

I feel very comfortable with the tires he recommends for my vehicles. Any problem I have had is always covered with the road hazard protection Which John always recommends I put on the tires. I have done business with Rowleys for several years. Rowleys also takes care of our repairs to the vehicles.

These people tried to steal my tire! I took my wifes car in to get a leak plugged, and they told me that they couldnt find anything wrong, except that the rubber was worn on the inside, and that it wasnt able to be repaired. They offered to sell me a used tire for 30 bucks, and said that they would dispose of my old one for free. I took the car to another tire place, where they found a nail in the tire, and patched it.

Most honest mechanics and tire place in town. Professional service and friendly greetings every time I walk in. They tell you what is best for you and always give you options. Its very refreshing to walk into a tire/auto shop and feel like I am not being taken advantage of. Highly recommended if you are tired of being jerked around by places trying to milk you of every penny...
