They did several thousands of dollars in damage to my wooden furniture and made absolutely no attempt to try and right the situation. Scott the owner is an arrogant and smug person to try and deal with. He basically told me it was all my fault because I didnt have my own furniture pads. I hired these movers because they were supposed to be the professionals, I shouldnt have to baby sit them and tell them what items need to be wrapped and not placed next to metal surfaces that could damage them.

Dont know anything about scuffed furniture, these guys treated me with respect, got their job done ahead of time and were even nice enough to help me when my truck broke down. From what I saw they were actually careful when loading household goods, the rest is up to your opinion.
