The storage units are clean and melanie is amazing and very helpful! She knows me by name and always seems to have a smile on her face. Only down side is kelly is extremly rude and arrogant to a point where i went to the BBB. Also today she kicked me and 2 other customers out of the office, now i have to pay a late fee because she seems like she cant manage the store alone. When I ocassionally go to the office shes usually in lunch. She would have the office door locked, eating on the desk and just screams im in lunch thank you. I would put a lower stars but i have 4 stars because I really like melanie.

Ive been renting my storage space with this location over 4-5 years now and its very nice and clean. Kelly has been very helpful and is always on top of things. She is consistent with reminders of when your payment is due and makes the effort to call you again to avoid any late charges. I will say she makes you feel that your things are safe and always secure. I highly recommend this location.

Facility is extremely clean and well maintained. Noticeably ABSENT, is the foul, dank smell experienced helping a friend at their "orange" storage facility. Access is very easy with 2 spots to pull car or truck inside to unload and plenty of carts for use. Rules and procedures were thoroughly explained. I would definitely recommend life storage Montclare.

The ladies that work the front desk are amazing. Always so friendly and prompt to help with any of my requests. I appreciate how fast and efficient they are as usually I am in a bit of a rush. Been a customer for over a year and would never consider changing just because of their great customer service. They truly are great!

The office is incredibly well run, efficient, friendly and helpful above and beyond!! I have mostly spoken with Kelly who is amazing, so is Melanie. I wish I could give more stars!
