These guys suck. They charged me $22.50 for a toll I ran through, but PAID THE SAME DAY ONLINE. I even emailed the receipt from IL Tollway to them, and GOT NO RESULTS. I went to their location and was told to call the disputes department at official Uhaul corporate HQ...after being put on hold for literally 25 minutes, I was told to take it up with IL Tollway. Why would I do that, when Uhaul is the only one who seems to think I didnt pay the damn toll??? Its not logical, you morons... These guys dont care about their customers. Theyre lazy, incompetent, apathetic kids. When I went to the location, there was practically an 11 year old girl working, and her manager was like a 17 year old boy. Yeah, these are the folks I want helping me with my moving truck needs... Get your shit together, Uhaul. Im going with Penske until you do.

This facility was on the receiving end of a U-Box shipment that I had loaded in Portland Oregon and delivered to this location as part of a cross country move. We had a few delays and miscommunication with U-Haul customer support and delivery, however this location was able to track down my box, keep me updated of its whereabouts and expected delivery and ultimately took care of us when all other departments gave me the runaround. The owner there was very helpful and they staff made the entire experience much easier to handle.

Came in to refill a propane tank half an hour before their closing time and they wouldnt sell me because they had already closed the propane area. There were two people working the store and they wouldnt take my money for one of their services during their business hours. Lame.

Very slow!!! came to fill a propane tank waited over 30min just for some one to come out, they also have a push button sign that does absolutely nothing!! Lady working the counter isnt very friendly!!!

The building is poorly located hard to get in and out the lot is to small limited customer parking. Overall pain in the butt to maneuver in with a trailered vehicle.
