This place is great! I reserved a unit online and the clerk named Bonnie called me that same day to schedule an appointment for me to come and set up my account and look at the unit. The day of my appointment, traffic made me about 20 minutes late, but Bonnie was there and just as sweet as could be. She answered all my questions, showed me my unit, and when I was purchasing some moving supplies, she even suggested a combination moving package that saved me money! Its so nice to know that good customer service (even in big corporations) is still important.

I found this Public Storage location to be very accessible with friendly helpful staff. I rented a unit (610) since 2011 and was pleased with the level of service. I appreciate the fact that during some renovations the staff took the time to properly notify me of work being done. Nikki was very courteous and always in good spirits. She has good values and seems to enjoy working for the company. I would recommend family and friends to this location. Keep up the good work!

I have used this facility before, and have returned last December and almost instantly both Bonnie and Nikki have given me respectful, polite, friendly and professional customer service. These ladies make customers feel like their investment in Public Storage is a wise one. If Public Storage moves them I may decide to take my business somewhere else; this kind of customer service is rare and hard to find. "Hell Give Them A Raise".

I honestly had an awesome experience. For one she as in bonnie is very helpful, friendly & welcoming. She presented herself very well and gave our little tour to our storage which we were very happy with. She reviewed everything over with us. And incase we didnt understand anything she was more than happy to repeat it. I would proudly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks bonnie!

great customer service from Nikki and bonnie. nikki is very helpful when i have any questions or concerns. i highly recommend this location. the only thing i would suggest is that they would take care of all the weeds and tall grass on the south side of the property.
