This facility is extremely clean!! My check in time for a storage space was unbelievable fast. I met with Rick one of the staff members there and he is the best! His professionalism and details of information I needed to know about renting a space was outstanding! Mostly he greeted me and my friend with a pleasant smile the whole entire time. That outweighs anything else and made my decision to rent from Safeguard a done deal! Thank you Rick!!! Thank you Safeguard for having such a nice Facility. See you soon Rick!

Although it was clean and secure, Over two years I saw my rent increase over $75 a month and it was done every other month or so in $5-$8 increments so it was noticeable but not a shock. When I decided to move out I went online and saw the same size unit on the same floor for rent at a rate of $50 less than I was currently paying, after their discounted period. Its funny the longer youre a customer the more they think you should pay.

Horrible. One specific ghetto manager that told me shes going to hang up on me. Called to speak to someone higher and never received a phone call. Was supposed to have climate control but it was and probably still is broken for a few months that I still had to pay for. I hate that place, makes sense that its in brodgeview because that neighborhood is going downhill and it fits right in. Im getting my stuff out of there.

i rent a parking spot for my truck i started paying 114$ a month then they raise it 10$ and 10$ and 10$ and 10$ in the corce of 7 months i end up paying 160$ others end up paying 170$ and 220$ all tho its the sam size parking spot but evey one is paying defrnce and when you ask y no good answer .... cheap management

This is a great place to keep your things!! The place is spotless, we were amazed. The staff are very nice and friendly, and totally accommodating..I could not be happier with everything. If you need a clean, temp controlled, safe, secure place to store your things, this is it!!

This place is the BEST! I have been a tenant here for years and have been treated extremely well. The manager Rick has been there forever and is very helpful and kind. If your looking for storage, this is the place to go. Very clean and safe!!!

I could not believe how clean the facility was. It was like you could eat off the floors. Besides just the cleanliness the staff was very knowledgeable. Not to mention how helpful the manager was. Great experience overall.
