This is a beautiful location in Norridge, Illinois. I rented a space for several months and then moved to Texas. I felt like my stuff was in a better place then me (LOL). They have air-conditioning and heat; carpet throughout; well lit and always very clean. My things were in a five star hotel. Great prices too which I did not expect. You know the saying (get what you pay for) but I was pleasantly surprised that it was much nicer than others in the area and lower prices. Thanks to the Lock Up staff (who are lovely people and I miss them) I was able to save time and money while selling my condominium. Tracy I will send you a postcard from Dallas as promised. I never do reviews but I had to start now. The Lock Up is the best in the suburbs. I shopped around for days on line and drove around looking for the right size and price. Tracy greeted me and helped me find the perfect space for my business. I didnt think everything would fit nor did I believe the price and service was real. I was wrong because the staff knows their stuff. The building is so clean and convenient Im impressed. Excellence is being displayed here. Its hard to find these days you can find it in Norridge.

This is my first time using a storage facility. It was a very stressful time and Tracy made it great. The place is clean, smells nice (thats important to me because Im sensitive to cleaning chemicals). My girlfriend and I picked The Lock Up because of the free truck. It can only be used once for moving in but it still saved us money. I would definitely recommend the place.
