Only went here to make a payment because this company purposely made it impossible to make an online payment. Even tho they claim you can. Trust me you cant! And that is probably done on purpose so they can see if you are stupid enough to pay by phone and pay the ridiculous $10.00 fee. I get there and kindly tell the attendant about how impossible it is to pay online. And she said "I hear that all the time" she continued to tell me how their customers can make a free payment at any location. Im sorry but any company providing a service that is willing to inconvenience a busy customer in that way is not good in my book. So lesson learned no more using public storage for my storage needs.

Really had a great customer service representative at the public storage location In oak lawn ,She was awesome. Tina was very professional, kind ,clear and right to the point. She took me for a tour inside of the Public Storage Unit and showed me the sizes of the units that was available , the unit was very clean and bright . Wish that other people would show the same service like she did .... Thank you Tina Lucy

Aside from the excellent location; being accessible to a variety of main streets and especially Interstate 294, the indoor parking and climate controlled setting, the tidy hallways and the clean lavatory, one facility associate named Dominique has added the perfect human touch by being attentive, able to easily overcome potential issues and do it with a genuine smile and courtesy demeanor. She helps makes this P.S. the best.

My mother rents a storage unit in Arizona. I pay her bill out here in Chicago and for all the public storage places I been to I have to say that this one is the best. I am greeted with a smile and melissa I believe her name is gives me the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. The place is clean and customer service is a 10 thanks again

I came to the Oaklawn location had a few questions about storing a 5-bedroom house Katrice was very sweet, customer friendly, knowledgeable and she was able to assist me with all my storage needs I would definitely be coming back to the store here next month. This is the perfect location to store my things before my big move.

Ive been renting a space here for over 2 years. Service and maintenance have steadily declined ever since. The entry doors are frequently in disrepair. There is virtually no maintenance of the common areas, the place is filthy and yet the rent is increased every year! I do not recommend this storage facility.

I would definitely recommend coming here for your storage needs. I came in and immediately was at ease because Katie made sure that I left with everything I needed. She went through everything I needed to know about the unit, the store, and the products. If you need to rent a unit, come to this location!!!

I like this place. Its a bit pricey but most are. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I deal mostly with Melissa and Sam, both of which are wonderful people. Very nice, accommodating and really go out of their way to help. You dont get this kind of customer service much anymore. Thanks guys!

Dominique provided above and beyond service during our move. Our plans changed on short notice and she improvised and accommodated us accordingly. Weve used this facility a few times now as we appreciate the climate controlled spaces and the overall experience has been good.
