Pros: -Great customer service: the on-site manager Alex was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. Answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. -Price: One of the more reasonable prices I could find in the area for the size of unit I was renting. -Loading: Two different docks in centralized locations at truck level made for easy loading/unloading and there were horizontal dollies available every time I visited the facility. Cons: -Unit environment: it may not be the best place for finer things. We had a unit along the outer wall and there was some slight debris from the brick on top of some of the items. If everything is boxed/covered, youll be good. It is climate controlled, no so concerns over heat.

I just had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage. The Store Manager Mr Edgar Vera was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the facility. He took the time to explain the contract in great detail so that I understood my opinions when renting a unit. The facility was very well kept and clean so I have no doubt that my personal belongings will be taken care of. I would recommend using Extra Space Storage for all of your storing needs. Thanks Mr Edgar Vera youre the best!!

EDGAR IS AWESOME, I WENT INTO THE FACILITY TO RETRIEVE A GATE CODE TO ACCESS MY UNIT. WELL WHILE INSIDE I EXPRESSED TO HIM THAT I MAY HAVE TO GO GET SOMEONE TO GO IN FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS TERRIFIED OF RATS, EDGAR OFFERED TO ASSIST ME AND HE DID JUST THAT, HE WENT INSIDE AND INSPECTED TWICE JUST TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE! I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! ITS SO HARD TO GET HELPED NOW A DAYS BUT MR. EDGAR WAS TRULY AMAZING ❤️

I dont say this much but I have to point out how the service was and is at this place, by far the best customer service Ive experienced this year. I was met by Edgar who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and more. Cant say enough about this place or its employees. Wish I can give it more stars!
