Terrible customer service. This store and corporate does not reply to complaints. Use another company then uhaul. The truck we rented broke down in alley blocking it for over an hour. The neighbors were ticked, were going to call police. We had to have uhaul roadside assistance. No one calls back for complaints and no resolving issues. Poor customer service skills, they dont care. The employees in store were courteous and understanding but the management isnt. I hope he treats his employees good cause they are the ones who do the customer service work the manager sure doesnt. He needs a new career not dealing with public. Oh, wait he doesnt deal with the public, he ignores them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a fully prepaid appointment for a hitch install. Called hours before to confirm. Arrived and was told nope, no way, no time to help you today. Come back in 3 days at 10am. Ummm... really?? I asked how this could be and they had no answer. I asked why they didnt call to tell me before I made the trip. No answers. I asked who checks the schedule. No answers. How rude of them to waste my time like this. Apparently theres a serious problem between their call centers and whats actually happening on location. Avoid them unless you have all the time in the world on your hands.

Ive had many Uhaul experiences in my life but this was hands down the best one. Very attentive service and super friendly clerk at the front. His name is Michael. I had an issue on the way there and called and the clerk who answered the phone, Rebecca, cleared it up right away. After I got the the truck I had a follow up question and called back, the third clerk, Jennifer, helped me out without any fuss. Overall, great and seamless transaction. Would highly recommend.

These people are crooks. Instead of telling me when i dropped off the truck that the pads had to be folded, they decided to charge me after i left . $25.00 for not folding 6 furniture pads, and i tried 3 days in a row to talk to the manager, but he was never there to take my call. Dont rent from here

Worst customer service I have seen at any uhaul came in here ordered a quick connect they said yeah it will come in 4-6 days made me wait 1 month like a idiot and I come to fine out the fat guy behind the counter never even ordered it in the first place went to another uhaul

The two young men working at the front desk were very courteous. I returned the truck with more gas that was required, got a small discount on the miles. Rented from here three times, had no problems.

Ive booked here numerous times, and this was the last straw, arrived to get a truck and of course its not here, then take a ride to another place, no truck there, then still dont have a truck, unreal!

Uhaul is not worth to take for you moving. All polluted and old truck. Not stick to their promise time. No cordination with in their employees. I suffer a lot by opting the truck from Uhaul

The guys here were great and really went the extra mile to help out. They even stayed later to assist with unloading a vehicle from the car dolly. Wow! Stellar Service!
