Life Storage in Morton Grove is an excellent company to do business with. I recently had to store all of my belongings because Im moving abroad for a year. I called Life Storage in Morton Grove and I spoke with Jerry M. the manager. Right away, I knew I was in good hands. He was patient, understanding and very kind. It really put my mind at ease to know that I was dealing with a professional person. I was able to make arrangments easily over the phone. I secured a storage space and reserved a truck...which is free with your first move. You just pay for mileage, gas and insurance. I stored my furniture and boxes just a few days later without any problems. The facility is clean, bright and modern. The rates are excellent and they frequently have promotions going on. Life Storage in Morton Grove is a hidden gem. I highly reccommend it!

Life Storage has kept our stuff safe for over 2 years. While we were on the road everything we owned was in Morton Grove. When we returned a year ago, we were only moving essentials into an efficiency. Nicolette helped us switch from a large (10x15) to a small unit (7.5x10). She made the transition easy, assured us that the online billing options would seamlessly switch (they did!) and generally was a joy to work with: cheerful and professional. Our art, our antiques and our off-season clothing stayed in Morton Grove until last week (4/2017). Weve now moved out of Life Storage, but when we do another extended trip in a couple years, we will be coming back. The facility was clean, had real temperature control and ample access hours. Wow is all I can say.. I walked in and derricks popped right up walked me through everything answered all my questions and showed me what I need to buy to protect my things while moving and storing! Derrick was very knowledgable and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Derrick is a breath of fresh air, it is good to see someone put 110% In To their job clean location and awesome staff most definitely recommend using this location just because Derrick will take care of all your packing and storage needs! Well done!

We just rented a 10x10 unit for our not-for-profit social club and I was impressed by how clean and very well lit the place is. I also love the fact that theyve got great drive in bays the load and unload so that even in bad weather its no problem. They even have a truck ramp that made the move of our current storage unit to this new one very simple as we could just drive up with the U-haul truck and roll everything from the truck to the unit.

I just got home from renting a 10x5 from the Oakton lifestorage. Great customer service. Showed me around, let me pick from a variety of units. I rented one close to a door for easy move in. The place was clean, warm and friendly - I know its a storage place, but thats how it was. Free starbucks and wifi and a rate better than that other place - think orange. I would recommend renting here. Hope this helps you decide.

My family and I are relocating to London and we needed a storage unit....fast. I rented the unit without seeing the facility first. Just as advertised....very clean and very secure. In fact, its the nicest storage facility Ive seen. I worked with Jerry over the phone to get everything in place. He was very professional and timely in his follow up. Very competitive pricing and I recommend giving them a call.

The facility is quite modern, well kept, very secure, and excellent management provided by Darrick and Cheryl. My move in was problem-free: the bay area was easy access for my personal auto/rented U-Haul truck, carts were made for large loads, storage unit is perfect size with climate control, and lastly great value for self service storage. Could not be more satisfied!

This facility is great, and the staff is very pleasant. I always stop by to grab some complimentary coffee. My wife made the reservation, and completing the paperwork was very easy. Loading up our unit was simple too. We parked in the indoor vestibule and used one of the provided carts to shuttle boxes from the car to the unit. We were in and out in under an hour.

I am very happy with the service and cleanliness of Life Storage in Morton Grove, IL. It is conveniently located, and it is always super clean. I have dropped off stuff at various times, and have never had a problem parking, and quickly getting in and out of my locker. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very competitively priced - I highly recommend this location

The Life Storage in Morton Grove was a great find. It was a better price than where I had already stored my stuff. The place is clean, well taken care of and a great location. The people are friendly and wonderful. I feel my things are very secure. I recommend Life Storage to everyone who I hear mention they need a place to store their items.

At first I was put off by the sign saying "back in 20 mins", thinking that management had ducked out. In fact, they were just working elsewhere on premises. Nicolette was very professional yet very personable, and walked me through the rental process in short order. The facility is clean and well kept. I wish I had found this place sooner!

The prices were very competitive. The facility is clean and air conditioned. Mike was very helpful in helping me make the right choice for what I needed. He went above and beyond what most people do at storage facilities. Most employees want to get the sale and get rid of you. Mike made sure you were making the right decision.

I have "stuff" that I just cant part with. Prices are competitive; the facility is clean, always accessible, and the staff is super. Carts are there for use in moving things in and out and clean restrooms so you can wash up. I have been a client for several years and wholeheartedly recommend Life Storage in Morton Grove!

Im a Northwestern student. When it came time to study abroad, I didnt want to take all of my stuff home. Life storage has easy access, not too far away, and a student discount! It was so easy to move stuff in and out. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the North Shore.
