I recently rented a storage unit form CubeSmart. I asked to see the unit because I never rented a unit before. I was shown a 10x10 unit downstairs & was told it was ~ $147.00 & 1/2 for the 1st month. Then I was informed if I reserved the unit online I would get an additional 10% off. So of course I went home & reserved the unit online. When I checked on line there was a unit on the upper level for $112.00 so I reserved that instead. When I got back to the store a couple of days later to set everything up I was informed by the RUDE General Manager that the upper level units do not get the 1/2 off the 1st month. I informed her that wasnt told to me when I was in the store to reserve the unit. She then took her cell phone out (totally unprofessional) & called the salesperson (Kay) who initially helped me to ask her what happened. After she finish talking to her she comes back to me with the same response, "no you dont get 1/2 for the upper level units for 1st month." I then stated that it should have been explained to me when I was in the store, & how is that the customer fault if it wasnt. She then went on to say, "I can give you an lower level unit for $147.00 a month & give you the 1st month 1/2 off." What?? That doesnt make sense, in the long run I would be paying more. I feel as a customer she should have honored what was initially told to me by her salesperson. If I wasnt moving my moms items that day I would not have used this facility. I will not recommend them to anyone given their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the first time that I would need a public storage space and was hesitant about putting my personal things in a public storage space. So, I decided to go online to find a facility that I would feel comfortable storing my belongings. Immediately, I came across CubeSmart which was conveniently located, offered great rates and promotions. I reserved a space online and later received a call from the store manager. I spoke with the store manager (Angela) who immediately made me feel at ease. After speaking with her and voicing my concerns, Angela assured me that I had made an excellent choice. She was very helpful, professional and overall provided outstanding customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart!!!

Angela was very professional she made sure my storage was ready she was very patient she change my unit into the other building elevator wasnt working to make sure my move wasnt prolong she offer me and my grandchildren water. I was running behind I call her to let Angela know I was in traffic she ask me how far I was. From her I said about 15 minutes.the office was closing she said she will wait for me .Angela went above and beyond to me I will recommend Cube Smart just cause of Angela and how she treated me with so much respect of though I was late and it was time for your to leave she didnt rush me she explain everything exceptional person

The customer service here is Top Notch! The Manager Angela Clay and Torri were awesome! They have made my storage move experience great! They were very informative and knowledgeable on the service that was provided to me on the facilities! I like that I was giving options and wasnt rush on my decision! The facility is very clean and I love how secure the building is. Another bonus is everything is indoors so weather issues will not be a concern of mine. Clean and this is Bri Cooks. Im particular and Ive been everywhere from Hawaii to Virginia. Shockingly, the cleanest storage place Ive ever scene and the units have mouse traps and get sprayed monthly, to help with keeping critters out of your belongings
