I used Mi-Box to hold furniture, books and other possessions during a remodel the living in our home. Linda helped me to pick the right size box and made it easy to understand the price structure. A Mi-Box 8 by16 is cheaper than a U-Haul truck and storage unit and requires less work. The box was delivered on time and placed with precision exactly where I needed it to be. The technician made sure that wooden pads were put down under each corner so as not to damage the driveway surface. It was clean inside and out. The roll-up door was easy to operate and lock up. I would highly recommend Mi-Box NWI for your temporary storage needs.

I used Mi-Box recently to move from NWI to the Indianapolis area. First, they were the only container delivery service that would deliver containers in Munster. All the other more well known companies like PODS and PackRat would not deliver in Munster. Linda was always helpful and on top of every concern that came up. They typically do not deliver as far as Indianapolis, but because no other companies would serve Munster, IN they made an exception and delivered my container. I can not say enough good things about the quality of service that I received from them. Punctual. Professional, Polite and Very Accommodating.

Possibly the most dishonest, money-swindling business in NW Indiana. If you need the pod for any extended period of time, even their word confirmed in their own email isnt reliable, they will retrieve a full pod with *NO* notice to you, and extra charges abound, even including an additional security deposit assessed for a pod stored and later emptied at their own mouse-infested facility. Never. Again.

Mi-Box came through for me when in a crunch. New home loan was delayed and had to move out of home. Mi-Box delivered 3 pods immediately to my home and put them in storage until my home loan was approved. Thanks for saving the day Mi-box. Ill definitely recommend you to all I know!

These folks are great. Very prompt, friendly customer service. A happy voice on the other end makes moving a little nicer. Prices are better than everyone I called. Definitely use them in the future.
