When I first called looking for a storage unit, I spoke to someone that was very helpful. The gentleman made sure that there was something available for me he was very professional and took the initiative to contact this location. The woman at this location gave me a courtesy call to verify my reservation and to walk me through a few details she also helped prepare me and made some very useful suggestions which I took advantage of and it worked out very well. When I arrived at the location the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. When talking to her I was very pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the facility the appearance of facility was very Queen and I knew that this was the best place for me to be just by looking at it. The prices were very competitive and she made the transition very easy. I would definitely refer anyone to utilize this facility from the excellent customer service the cleanliness of the facility, and the security of the individual units makes me very comfortable with storing any & everything at this facility. I was very amazed and I would not want to use any other storage unit.

Amazing and helpful staff. Went there a little before closing time on a Friday to make payment and look at my reserved storage unit since my stuff was going to be delivered there early morning on Monday. Got very friendly and professional service from Mary Ann. She showed me around to my unit , showed me how to operate the gate and answered all questions and provided detailed information on pricing very patiently and with a smile. She even offered to guide the truck dropping off my stuff to the right storage unit in case I was not able to be there. The storage unit was spacious, clean and more than sufficient for my stuff. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage and go to them again in the future if I needed a storage unit.

I just rented the space yesterday so I dont know how they will do in the long run but based on inspecting, viewing, and renting the space it was one of the best consumer experiences I had. Tracey, the agent, was very friendly and not in a phony sales person way. She listened carefully to my needs, willingly showed both units sizes I was looking at and gave important expertise input without pushing a larger unit. The facility seems to be very safe with features that added to my comfort. The renting process was efficient and seamless. Verification papers were provided on site and sent electronically. A very good experience.

On Sat. 4/22/17 at 4pm I had to get a unit by the next day. The office hours where to 5pm, I made it by 4:50pm. MaryAnn and Flo where 100 % + helpful and took there time to explain and show me the unit , couldnt ask for better customer service. Moving is very stressful and to have great people like them helping made it a little easier. My only mislike is with your review page. I see why people dont response, . To much to go to before you finally get to the page. The company should look into a better and easier review program. OK girls keep up the great job, I know you will. See you soon.

I chose Cubesmart due to the extremely clean and secure facilities. The management went through every detail and answered all questions I had. I feel my goods will be safe and protected due to not only security, but also the climate control feature. At other locations this simply was not an option or an astronomical jump in price. No other facility came close to the professional and cleanliness as CubeSmart!

As I walked in, everyone was so friendly. Flow greeted me right away and immediately asked for my name and used it throughout the entire time I was there. Flow asked me about what items I may store in the unit to make sure she showed me what would fit my needs. Flow made the process extremely smooth! Great customer service!

The one time I had an issue issue, they were eager to make things right and communicated fast. If you need storage and they have a vacancy, this should be your first stop.

Amazing experience thus far! Unit is climate controlled and cheaper in comparison to other facilities we looked into. Flo was so friendly and helpful in setting up access to our storage unit! The place is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to those looking for a storage facility in NWI!

Very friendly staff make you feel like theyve known you forever always notify you when late charges are coming up to make sure you dont fall behind or lose out on anything in your unit and unit prices are very reasonable facility is clean and up kept and full time security so units are always safe
