If you are a military spouse, I recommend going elsewhere. My husband deploys soon (hence the needing of a storage unit). We called the facility, each separate times to see what was available. We were each told the same thing, they could accommodate our needs. I made sure to ask if I could use my ID for military discount that we were promised and the wonderful gentleman I spoke to said absolutely! Imagine my disappointment when I walk into the facility and am told that my ID is not going to work and only he can use his ID for the discount. Absolutely embarrassing and disrespectful.

The service I received was great! Maria was wonderful and handled my needs very quickly. She showed me a unit and when I didnt think it was right for me didnt miss a step, just went right back to the office and found a bigger unit that would fit my needs. I have had rental units at this storage facility since they opened and Maria is one of the best employees I have had the pleasure of working with. Cube Smart runs a great business here and they treat their customers right and with the upmost respect, and Maria is a shining example of someone who carries on that company tradition.

On short noticed I received a storage container for my car prior to my deployment. I was first assisted on the phone and received a great deal combination of both a promotion and military discount. I arrived to the facility and was greeted by Jordan Brown. Cant say enough about this guy. He was probably managing about seven or eight different customers by himself yet he still was efficient, professional, and had a great personality. He was a great reflection of a good organization. I will definitely be using cubesmart in the future.

I contacted CubeSmart and reserved my storage a few days before I arrived. Maria called to confirm my reservation, and I told her that I didnt know when exactly I would arrive, as I was driving across a bit of the country. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. After a few traffic jams, I was not going to arrive before they closed, however, Maria ensured that I was taken care of and came in after the place closed and set me up with my storage. Thank you!! Great service!

The woman who was working the day I went in, Katie, was very helpful and friendly. She remembered talking to me on the phone the day before and could remember what size unit I wanted to rent. I felt like I mattered. She drove me out to see which storage unit in would be renting and she did this is her own car. It is a nice place, very clean and caring. The only thing that put me off was the amount of police cars that showed up and began emptying amother storage unit.

The prices are great, especially compared to uhaul, customer service, security, and general layout and upkeep of the facilities is above the bar for sure! Jordan was a huge help with setting it all up and at answering my questions then and some since too! I picked them out of convenience of the location, and feel I hit the storage-unit-jackpot, and really chose the right place!

I gave it five stars because first the last that was current manager was very nice and patient. She showed me the sizes of the Storages before making final decision. She was very polite. I had three toddlers in there messing with stuff and she was fine with it. The storage was clean and easy to access. The price is well worth it.

Great location and better prices than local competitors. Very polite staff. We were rushing to out all our stuff in storage that I forgot to throw a lock on one of them...they put a lock on it for us. Great people. Highly recommend to anyone especially military if in need of a storage facility.

The people are always nice there. The facility is very clean. The hours are perfect and I feel that my items are safe and secure there. They are very reasonably priced. I have rented from other cube smart storage facilities in different state and they were all good!

Excellent service. The units are very clean. Unlike another establishment we used when we first moved here ( mouse poop in the unit). So glad we found CubeSmart, bonus that its close to our house. Also the military discount is another added bonus.

Love the people in the office, especially Jordan! And when I had a bit of a bad moment and couldnt remember how to actually get the door open they walked all the way down to show me. Seems to be a nice secure facility. No problems to report!

WOW! What an experience its almost to much wow to even describe. Clean office, great hours, clean units and people, they have actual human beings that work at the facility. The last place I used had a kiosk, really? So happy.

Clean facility. They had a truck that was near free for us to use. Access hours are 7 days a week. And Jordan the store rep is a CEO in the making. I hope they realize what a great asset they have in Jordan.
