I had a problem with them not having the right size trailer I had reserved and they were not accomadating whatsoever. Instead I had to drive to another facility 45 minutes away to get the appropriate rental. The manager at the store was neither concerned or apologetic with the situation. I dont usually complain about his kind of thing, but it was very poor.

They have good product, but be aware of what you sign when you rent. All rules are not suggestions, but rather an opportunity for upcharge when not followed to the t.
