***Firstly, note that my review is recent and the bad reviews about this location are like 6 years old.*** Korey and Kevin are awesome. Rates were reasonable, truck and storage unit in great shape. I cannot complain at all. Korey gave me every benefit he could at every turn, knows their policies inside and out and makes the decision that is most beneficial to the customer. Great experience. Thanks again guys! —UPDATE— After the transaction settled, I checked my credit card statement and I had been overcharged for a pick up truck rental. Kevin made it a priority to contact me and resolve the issue. He even remembered my last name (which is not an easy last name) so when I called he already knew it was me. If I was a business owner, I would go there and offer Korey and Kevin double their pay to come work for me. This level of customer service is rare in this day and age. Thanks again guys.

I havent been to this U-haul in several years, but the one time that I went, there was a woman behind the counter that was completely dysfunctional. She had a line out the door of people waiting for her service and she took her sweet time with the couple at the window. This may happen alot, but the worst part about it was that she was talking-back to the customers who were politely asking her if she could hurry a bit (she was gossiping and talking to her present customers as if she had all day). The woman in front of me left the line in a huff and said, "I dont have to put up with her, there are several other U-Hauls in town!" I stood in line for about an hour just to get a dishbarrel crate. Every time I look at that box, I seethe a little inside because of my experience --I should have left too!

Classic case of a general manager taking advantage of active duty military PCSing. I came in and wanted to rent an "appliance dolly" and told Kevin that I had a reservation with Penske. He said "I beat Penske prices all of the time." I was on the fence when Kevin told me that he would drop the price $100, but then he dropped it another $50 and I was sold. I reserved the U-Haul truck with Kevin from August 11 to August 18. On pickup day I asked the front desk to take a day off (so August 11 to August 17). They willfully disregarded my request and changed it to August 11 to August 14 for the same price that Kevin quoted me (August 11 to August 18). I trusted her and signed the contract, but she negligently disregarded Kevins discounted offer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We have had two absolutely terrible experiences at this location. When we moved to Clarksville, they lost our reservation and tried to charge us TWICE for storage units, which was free to begin with. My receipt and confirmation number was not enough proof for them it seemed. We should have learned, but two years later here we are again with this same location and guess what... they cancelled our reservation the day prior because we made it too far out in advance (two weeks). Seriously!!! The staff from that location told me that they were not sure if we still wanted it since it was made so far in advance. Do not go here, unless of course you need a reason to go bezerk!!!

Employees are friendly, but the truck was awful. It smelled like rotten food and the inside of the windshield was so dirty I had to clean it myself. The mechanics of the truck were sketchy too - I understand trucks that big handle much different than a car, but the steering was so loose it was borderline dangerous. As a former U-Haul employee (2 years, store associate), my manager always stressed that we had to show respect for the equipment by keeping it clean and well maintained, so that our customers would do the same. Its clear from the condition of the truck I had, theres not much respect happening at this location.

I made the reservation and stated pick-up time would be mid-morning to early afternoon. They cancelled my reservation at 7:00 AM. They lied to the person picking up the trailer and told him I approved the insurance if he wanted to get it. (I never was informed about insurance options.) I asked what would be charged to my card when I made the reservation. It was much higher when charged. Kevin refunded the insurance charge but the final charge was still higher than the quoted charge and legal sales tax rate. Very shady operation. rate at your own risk. The only reason they get one star is because zero is not an option.

Worst experience with a move!! Rented a 14ft trailer at 9:26am for an in town move. Made it to exit 11 and headed back west on 24 when the drivers side rear inside tire lost all of the tread. We were at mile marker 6. Sat on the side of the road for 1 hour with no assistance or call. Called back for the 4th time and told to drive it to Sams club for repair...waited another 2 hours. Told to drive it to the house another 2 miles. Tire blew at 11am and was fixed at 7pm. Never finished my move and all they did was not charge me for the use of the dolly! I will never go back to this place again!!!!

Literally waited 30 mins in the store for someone to help me and they werent even busy. No one even took the time to see what I needed. Incredibly unprofessional staff, doesnt even seem like they have been trained as they constantly make mistakes and forget how to do their jobs. Every time I tried to speak up to get assistance they would stair with a blank look like nobody knew what to do. They must be understaffed because the next time I went in they had literally one guy actually working. When I actually was seen they didnt even have the trailer I had reserved! Screwed up my entire move

My husband and I are in the middle of a stressful 3 part move and we rented a Uhaul Truck and Vehicle trailer from this location the staff were both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. One associate in particular, Logan E., was extremely helpful as he took the time to assist us in loading our vehicle onto the trailer. I highly recommend this location to anyone who requires any of these services.

I was nervous at first hauling a 5x8 cargo trailer with my full size Mazda cx9, since this was my first time hauling, but Kevin was very helpful explaining what to expect on the road. After a smooth and safe trip to Ohio and back and a wonderful 24hour,after hours drop off, I will definately be back!!! Very helpful and nice employees! Thank you :)

Moving is a harrowing experience for me anyway. Im too old to do much myself any more and my organizational abilities are lack! Kevin and his team at this location have made it so much easier. They are courteous, helpful, compassionate and I couldnt have made it through this without them. Kudos to you guys and thank you so much!!

Great service from the technician and quality of equipment, but I only give it two stars because of the general manager has horrible personal skills and really does not go out of his way for customer service. Kevin Chambers is only willing to help customers when it is convenient for him.
